3 coaches in3 years is crazy
The high turnover rate when it comes to specifically head coaches in the NBA is still something that never makes sense to me. I feel like instability in those who are decision makers causes players less likely to trust the organization and then they leave. It’s like a endless loop that is happening with NBA teams

So Jokić is recently on his second coach after 10 years. Lame media: "CoAcH KiLlEr!". Booker is on his eighth coach in 11 years. Same folks: 🤷.
It's easier for owners and FO's to scapegoat the HC instead of looking the mirror for some self awareness. Suns are one of those rosters not even the greatest coaches in NBA history would be able to do anything with.
It's still wild to me how an owner who played NCAA D1 College Basketball his this little understanding of how to run a team and construct a roster. He is the only other one who did this outside MJ.

I never understood franchises who go through 3-4 different coaches and still fail to see that problem isn’t with the coaching.
I said it before and will say it again. Mat Ishbia needs to be arrested and thrown in jail for life.

This also means Coach Bud was part of two organizations that had multiple coaching turnover in a three year span.
Super teams don’t work if you dont have depth. Not sure how many times GMs will try and fail until they realize you need more than stars.

this is that fun part where the problem is a front office problem and they should totally fire the two guys doing it. but in american sports when the guys ruining your team are the rich people who bought it and are holding it hostage you can’t replace them just because theyre ruining it.
