I prefer to stay away from a Durant to Knocks trade. With so few assets the Knicks are going to have to trade away some key pieces for a guy in his mid 30s. This smaks of the Carmelo Anthony deal to me where the team was left with Melo, Stoudemire and not much else

The Knicks have a very good team. They need to play better defense. They have games when they can't miss but more games that they don't play to their potential. I don't think the Knicks should make any major moves. This team needs time to get everything together. I would NOT trade any of the core players for KD. The Knicks would lose too much.
