Im pretty sure ive heard that he was in a dirt bike accident or something like that which is what destroyed his shoulder and ruined his shot. It stayed as a rumor because he couldnt afford to get his contract voided ("couldn't afford" in the figurative sense, he probably wouldnt go broke)
Edit: I did a little more digging and i think its possible the dirt bike story happened, but also he has a condition called Neurogenic Thoracic Outlet Syndrome. Its possible that the TOS came from "the crash" or maybe from a minor crash when he was a kid (he said he grew up loving motorcycles, etc.) or maybe it came from something else. Pretty interesting but sucks for him because he had real promise
A lot of us Philly fans were pulling for Fultz. I didn’t want him to go but it made sense, we had a window and his rehab would get in the way of that. Remember becoming really happy that he went to the magic cus I now live in Orlando and was happy to see him play! Sucks what happened to him

There is no possible way it was mental.
Tatum was clearly the better player though.
He was unfortunately definitive proof that the 76ers are cursed.
Imagine having a nerve injury that makes you unable to shoot
Same with Anthony Bennet, you're never gonna know how the pressure of being on an nba floor will affect a prospect
Tell that to Danny Ainge nimrood.
Philly had top 5 pics from 2013-2017 with two being number 1 picks.
Embiid turned out good in the 10 games he plays every year. This team should have been a dynasty. Ben at point fultz at the 2 and Embiid at C.
Why did they draft 3 centers in a row. Like why is there always something wrong with your players.
