Most of you clearly don't know the rules. The refs DOESN'T need to physically check the ball on an out of bounds, thats not a rule. The ref only need to determine possession, and spot of the inbounds. If both those occur, you can throw in the ball as quickly as you want. 1000% should have been a tech on the Clippers bench

At 0:50 you can see that after the ball goes out off Harden, Tyronn Lue GRABS THE BALL AND KEEPS IT FROM JOKIC AGAIN. That is two times in this game the Clippers coaching staff interfered with the game!! These guys need to be suspended they definitely know better.
