The Kings Are Ready To Shake Up The Offseason…

The Sacramento Kings season is over – and they now enter an offseason of EXTREME uncertainty. A huge piece of their future is gone after the De’Aaron Fox trade, they fired Mike Brown as head coach, their future upside is limited, they have 2 30+ perimeter players making big money in Zach Lavine and DeMar DeRozan… and the absolute ceiling on this team is probably… 45 wins… maybe? And now they have fired their GM.

So where do they go from here?

Well the answer to that question begins and ends with Domantas Sabonis. With Fox now gone, he is clearly the pivot point piece on this roster.

  1. I feel like OKC is a good fit for Sabonis, he's an upgrade on Ihart for example, but 10m worth better? I'm not 100%, but a trade for Sabonis including Ihart, Dieng & a pick or 2, I could see. However, I don't think OKC would do it as we would probably prefer the flexibility of less money on the books given we will need to pay Chet & Dub.

  2. "Shake up the Offseason" as to completely blow up the ship and be back to the Kings we all know and clown on.
I can't wait to be rooting for the Las Vegas Kings.

  3. I feel like alot of nba video guys don’t actually watch these games and just look at headlines and highlights. But this video is actually very good

  4. Sabonis is the NBA equivalent of Angel Reece. Derozon has been good but he’s not that guy. This team is a superstar away from being a contender. But they have an owner who you will always have to rebuild with.

  5. Former KHTK/Sactown Sports 1140 radio host turned ABC10 sports reporter and Locked On Kings podcast host Matt George said it best: welcome back to basketball hell, everyone.

  6. In all fairness, on paper the Kings looked good at the start of the season. Keegan, Fox, Sabonis, Monk and DeRozen seemed like a good deep run playoff team. Maybe management and or coaching is the issue.

  7. I say we trade Sabonis for a two-way Center who can play defense and shoot threes, who can open up the lane for Lavine. Maybe sign 8 point guard in free agency

  8. As much as I like Domas, the Kings need a center that can protect the rim. The need to build a defense first team of 2-way players that are long and athletic so they can be at minimum a top 10 defense all season long. They need be able to do a significantly better job defending the 3 and the rim as well as sharing the ball on offense!

  9. Jaylen Brown BREAKDOWN you're next video Sporting Logically 😤😤😤😤😤😤😤😤😤😤😤😤😤😤😤😤😤😤😤😤😤😤😤😤😤😤😤😤😤😤😤😤😤😤😤😤😤😤😤😤😤

  10. Its funny cause you think King management will make smart decisions😂😂😂😂😂 How many decades have passed til you figure out mangement sucks

  11. Kings have a non-winning offensive stat stuffing big 3 in Lavine, Demar, Sabonis. Blow it up as soon as possible. Will never work. A full rebuild is the only true hope. But letting KD pick coach and GM for Kings… lol, talk about never happen. Hilarious!

  12. Would the Kings trade Sabonis to Portland for Ayton, Thybull, and this year’s #1 pick and a future protected #1?

  13. Sabonis to the grizzlies. They need vets. Made mistakes letting everyone walk. Edey isn’t the answer. If they wanna keep the core together trade Edey for sabonis who would fit with Jaren a defender and poor rebounding big. Sabonis is win now as Edey would be better for the kings building for the future. Throw in Brandon Clarke, Luke Kennard and a few 2nds and it should work.
