  1. As great as Luka is I don’t think his style of play translates to winning championships. Iso heavy/Lazy defense. Like you said yes he gets assists, but they don’t translate to an offense playing with fluidity in my opinion.

Look at the Thunder, Celtics, Cavs, and Warriors. All their stars buy in on the defensive end, and play together as an offense. Yes they iso from time to time, but their foundation is ball movement and movement off the ball.

  2. After Timberwolves made all those threes in game 1 Lakers have to play straight up defense everybody guard their own man can't help one another so they won't give them wide open threes and on the offensive end Finley Smith rui James Hayes Reeves have to play more aggressive going to the basket put defensive pressure on Timberwolves players play like that they can win the series

  3. Lakers didn’t start getting this hate til bron was there lakers was Americas team with Kobe smh

  4. “It is father time”.

In LeBron’s case, it’s quite literal—his son is an NBA player now. 😂

I agree with you. LeBron and Doncic play similar roles, so they’re not complementary.

  5. Stop the bullshit…. Why is Luka to blame for the others playing bad… the guy just went to the finals last year…..

  6. I think everyone forgot the Lakers aren't a good defensive team. Then you add in Luka and they're worse. Their gameplan is to outscore their opponent.

  7. I think the problem is is that in the playoffs LeBron is forced to have to play defense and that takes him out of his offensive game because he doesn't have both left. He doesn't have offense and defense left because of his age. He'll have to figure out how to spot, play and pick and choose his spots. It's tough because in the playoffs teams are playing their best 7–8 guys so it's really hard to hide on defense. Every time Luca got switched onto Anthony Edwards yesterday, he got cooked. So we'll see what happens moving forward. I also don't think the Lakers as a complete team are better than the Timberwolves. I just don't.
