    So this is what i take from this situation. Tony Ressler got inpatient with landry field’s outlook on this team. During the season ending interviews, LF basically said he’s not trading any of the young pieces for a veteran. Maybe this doesn’t fit Resslers timeline? Also, wouldn’t the GM want to pick his own coach? Is Quin’s seat warm? I personally think major changes are coming. You don’t change GM’s to stay status quo.

    I'd go a step further. I do assume Tony will make the wrong decision/hire. His contribution to the organization has been I think pretty clearly sub-optimal. Although I give Landry Fields a lot of blame for some of his choices (namely trading JC, Bogi, and Dre away), it's always going to be pretty hard to put together a competitive roster when you've got a frugal owner. Letting him do the exit interviews and then firing him less than 48 hours later is highly unprofessional and disrespectful to his time and efforts.

    Quin Snyder is next. Warned people not to be content with these losing seasons. Overachieving isnt going from one lottery position to 3 spots later the next year. More changes are coming we can only hope.

    Brad, I've seen a lot of people on YouTube and Twitter say that Quin is somewhat of a wizard when it comes with player development. Is this true? I'm pretty inclined to believe Someone on the coaching staff is because we've seen many of our players make big steps in terms of their ability/consistency (Jalen, Dyson, Deandre, Risacher, Dejounte even). If that is the case, could there ever be a world where we attempt to "promote" Quin to head of player development? Would he ever consider a role like that? I only ask because I believe his game management is somewhere between middling and piss poor when you consider his rotations and challenge usage among other factors.
