  1. I don’t know about the Thunder not being able to withstand a loss of their star player. They dominated game one and SGA played terribly.

  2. Rant mode activated.

Paul Pierce – The Wheelchair Game (2008 Finals)
    • Looked like he blew his damn knee out.
    • Carried off the court in a wheelchair.
    • Came back 5 minutes later and dropped daggers.
Dude said “Nah I just needed to take a sh*t,” then torched Kobe.
Meanwhile, Tatum feels a wrist tingle and hits the load management panic button.
    2. Larry Bird – Broken Back, Still Played
    • Bird’s spine was disintegrating like drywall in a flood.
    • Needed cortisone just to walk.
    • Still played in the playoffs, dove for loose balls, took charges.
Tatum bruises a bone and suddenly he’s asking if there’s a PTO policy for playoffs.
    3. Kevin McHale – Played on a BROKEN FOOT (1987)
    • Played the entire damn playoffs with a stress fracture in his foot.
    • Could barely walk off the court.
    • Still dropped 20+ per game.
    Tatum?
“I jammed my wrist, coach. I might miss 2 weeks of intense Instagram posting.”
    4. Marcus Smart – Always Bleeding, Never Benching
    • Dislocated fingers, ankle sprains, quad tears, still diving headfirst into the scorer’s table.
    • Literally played through a thigh bruise that looked like a truck hit him.
Tatum stubs his wrist and it’s like:
“I need therapy, rehab, and three ice baths just to tweet about it.”
    5. Isaiah Thomas – Sister Passed Away, Still Played
    • Grieved his sister’s death during the 2017 playoffs.
    • Played the next day.
    • Dropped 33 points with tears in his eyes
    • Played on a destroyed hip until he could barely walk.
Tatum gets a light bump and goes full
    “Please respect my journey.”
    TL;DR:
    Real Celtics: Played through hell.
Tatum: Paper cut, might sit a week
