    It was Nico emotion regarding his ego and need for power that led to this decision. He steam rolled dumont who had no clue about basketball. He got angered by Luka and traded him out of spite. Hated catering to him. We all know the truth now.

    Nico said everything I have been saying! He has a different philosophy than the Nelsons. He emphasizes defense and athleticism! He doesn't believe he can be judged for a season riddled with injuries. He has made the team better since he got here, especially the previous movies to get Gafford, Lively, and Washington! This trade will likely not show itself until Kyrie comes back.

    Shout out to Issac for asking that question.

    In a sense, he really didn't help his case when trying to explain things. Even if he answered the question directly, the extra yapping just makes it worse for him. "Too Stubborn to be told something" "Can't understand fan's anger behind the trade" while also saying "We don't operate on emotions"… this alone just makes Issac's question even more valid…

    Shout out to Locked on Mavs and the raccoon squad. If we ever have a voice, it's with this channel.

    The question I want a reporter to ask is if “defense wins championships”, what happened this post season? Only missing piece was Kyrie Irving, he doesn’t add to defense. What happened?

    B) I follow the Mavs because I'm a "shame baby", born out of wedlock to a youth pastor and secretary wife,

    so when you hear that 1-3 or 27-33% of Americans have "religious trauma,"
    EVERYONE KNOWS ABOUT JESUS,

    everyone in America anyways. I know they are praying in the WH now, but a lot of us are hurt by jesus-ianity,

    and just wanna talk about basketball.

    If Nico sneezed and didn't cover his mouth you guys would make an issue outta it. Luka didn't take Dallas to the Finals by himself. Nico put a team around Luka but Luka couldn't deliver. It's time to move on!

Isaac, if you're there–you visibly (and Nick, aka Sancho panza goading you as don quixote on down a dark path), as a (*christian) pastor, seem to enjoy kicking others (minorities) while they're down as opposed to, say, edifying speech. What was it that Jesus said about idle talk and backbiting, those who tear others down? What did he say about how every word will be held to account on that Day? And then to be a male gossiper while purportedly a pastor? Brother, let me help you understand the true path and hope Jesus offers, since you don't seem to know him nor the Creator. Holler at me.

    How can you be a GM of a team and not understand the connection the fans have to their homegrown generational superstar? There's literally a Luka Doncic day in Dallas, was he just unaware of that?
    Then to just outright lie about not saying anything bad about Luka post trade is just insane.

    Trading Luka has a much greater negative impact on free agent interest than any concerns about the GM or front office. At the end of the day, players want to compete alongside someone who can elevate their game and give them a real shot at winning — and Luka does exactly that. How the hell do you think we got Klay? It wasn't Nico. Klay was excited about how much Luka would elevate his game

    Lack of Empathy is a massive, massive blind spot imo, a tactical and strategic deficit in whatever field you are in.

    In the Mavs situation, the city, the fans, the organization, the players themselves and have not only suffered emotionally but national sponsors and ticket sales will reflect this.

    Kidd said "this is a business ". Ya well this was bad "business" then.

    We don't love Luka just for no reason. We love him because he's our chance to win a Finals and has been knocking on the door for a few years now, in his prime.
