    Let's see…. For one you've gotten rid of Adamas with no provocation, two you didn't play Sticks, three the trade for Giddy, 4 you took hella long to get off of Zach, after trading D bo to the exact same team, 5 we still got Vuc.. did I miss anything yet from this year. And, the grand finally Peter bruh I'm from Chicago and have no other reason but to support this wreck but you good sir have no reason to look back. Flurish sir, flurish.

    I'll be optimistic and say maybe they are opening up that spot for one of the current assistant coaches and they're bringing in Mike Malone for #1 assistant coach. We can hope

    Many possible reasons as to why this happened.

    Might be just a change of focus on the development program. Like, ok, we already improved shooting, now lets hire a defense specialist player development coach to lead the development staff an focus on defense.
    Might also mean they looking to draft a good shooter. Queen, CMB might be out the board.
    Either way. gotta see who they replace him with to judge the move.

    Again, AK is the worst NBA GM in the history of sports. Firing Pat Patton was the most immature move AK has ever made. The head of player development was not the issue. The big problem is AK and the way that he is governing this basketball team. Realistically, his goal is for this particular franchise to be in purgatory without a clear plan to help this franchise. I am extremely disappointed with the owners, the GM and the coach for not living up to their end of the bargain to ensure that the Chicago Bulls will be a playoff contending team.
