  1. I think people underestimate the importance of Tatum. I’m not completely sure he can sit out and they still beat Orlando. Tatum is the best shot creator, playmaker and rebounder. He’s also a big body to matchup with Franz and Paolo.

  2. Great, both stars have bone bruises. Knee and Wrist. And from what I understand they need weeks of rest, so sitting them a few games, isn't going to change too much. Need everybody else to pick up the slack. But definitely a bummer if you are a C's fan. Odds went down now.

  3. Celtics finally getting a taste of what it's like to have your best player injured at the start of the most crucial time of the season. I'm sure it's nothing serious but just a reminder that even the most durable players are still human

  4. Finally coming to fruition what I prophesied – Celtics will be COOKED as soon as they have any HINT of injuries to Tatum/Green. I don't wish injuries on anyone but as a Mavs fan getting clowned on because of being one of the most injury-ridden teams this year (along with the HORRIBLE TRADE) I've often thought about how AWFUL the most-glazed teams in the NBA would be if they had any HINT of serious injuries.

And don't even start to talk about Porzingis – for large stretches, Celtics performed better without the so-called "Tingus Pingus" 😂
Anyway…. Celtics aren't gonna win it again, healthy or no.

  5. No disrespect for Orlando but Tatum should sit the remainder of this series is a long playoff we need him healthy vs cavs and whoever comes out of the west

  6. Boston should play Tatum. Creates a no pressure situation. If they lose that blame it on the injury. If they win, Jayson looks like Superman. I’ll bet Jayson goes off in game 2…

  7. Tatum is a stat padder anyways so it'll do the team some good with him out , more ball movement less 3s

  8. People are overreacting big time as as usual. JT is FINE! He came back in the game and hit a 3 right after that so he can clearly still shoot. Plus he had it x rayed and nothing was broken. Just a simple sprained wrist that’ll be fine in a few days. Not like they need him anyway to beat Orlando.

  9. Who cares playing so he can get hurt so when the Pistons play the sorry Celtics in the second round it will be an easy sweet for Detroit

  10. Im Surprised Malika Andrews isn't finding something negative to say about Jayson Tatum's childhood before reporting on his present condition.

  11. This is why you gotta chill while dunking, using all your force isn't worth it unless you're playing in the finals.
