Max gave 100% to the heat and was a serious role player with great heart. Not sure why they tossed him. Unfortunate because those are guys that shine when he gets into the completed build that Cleveland has.
Agreed, we kept Dunc over Struss. Struss can hit a three and play defense. Time to move a away from Dunc. His biggest playoff performance was for 27 pts and that was in 2022..
I guess after hearing this episode 5RSN will never bring up all the good that comes out of this stable front office. This playoff games where nothing but a microcosm of the last two years. Yes, shitty basketball for two long seasons. It is the responsibility of this overpaid players and the sheer incompetence showed by the front office

Hope losing the OKC pick was worth it! Coulda had a difference maker or more assets for a trade but Miami wanted the world to know that its better than the 10th seed and lesser than the Cavs. Hope it was worth it!!!
What a day to be a Miami fan. Heat lose a crucial game and the Fins refused to draft the ultimate back up QB in Shedeur Sanders in the 4th round there for the taking. Thanks Miami!

We’re in no man’s land right now. Not enough assets to build a contender around Bam’s contract, and our young guys aren’t quite good enough to help us compete.
I don’t know if it’s even going to be possible to build with Bam if he’s making that much money. His defense isn’t good enough to justify how lacking he is offensively. Herro is worth what he’s getting paid right now, but we can’t pay him more for the same reason.
Our five biggest contracts (Bam, Herro, Wiggins, Terry, Duncan) are really problematic, and I think the easiest thing to do is trade all of them, Bam and Wiggins in the offseason, Terry and Duncan midseason when their expiring contracts are most valuable. Tyler is the only one I think about keeping, but I’m totally comfortable trading him too. Get back as much young talent and picks as you can, and start over with a better stockpile than we’ve had in forever. I don’t care if it takes time. We’re on a play-in hamster wheel right now, I want to get off of it, and I don’t think there’s any one guy that’s available that will help us improve enough.
Bam hit his ceiling and his window is older. I trade him for picks
Miami was never going to beat the Cavs. The Cavaliers are destined to be the NBA champions. Miami is just not there, not unlike the majority of teams going against Cleveland. The Cavs are loaded at every position. Miami needs more talent at key positions.

Why do buddy keep talking down on Ware? He is a rookie! Thats to be expected. The whole team sucks. Let Ware make mistakes and gain experience. The team is very unathletic. Ware is probably their best athlete
I think it’s fair to say that at this point Davion has outperformed Wiggins, Herro & Bam in the playoffs. While it’s exciting to have a young emerging player like Mitchell, it also speaks volumes to the lack of talent that’s currently on this team as well as Bam and Herros inability to carry a team at this point of their careers. Everyone should be up for grabs this offseason

what made this game extremely bad is after two days off, no one looked like they knew where to go or what to do in the play. They looked like the first preseason game of the year. Spo has never gotten this team under control. You see players catch the ball and look decisive. You see the cavs catch the ball and they make a quick decisive move and knows where their teammate are at.

theyre right this is to be expected. but my cavs have been getting disrespected by everyone and we're just proving everyone wrong. yall probably thought we're good but not this good. even i thought we would lose a game strictly bc of spo and bam and the fact yall beat the celtics one game last year w/o jimmy but we're playing the brand of ball that the media failed to expose during our streaks bc they like throating shai and the lakers. Much respect though
If the Heat is serious about winning a championship, they cannot build around Bam and/or Tyler. They are 4th and 5th options at best. Superstar max players play great in the playoffs. These two are not.

Looks like the Cavs have something to prove after being disrespected all season…The victory in Cleveland during the season didn't help…Wouldn't be surprised if after today's embarrassment the Heat come out with a whole new defensive energy to "not go down like this"…Need Wiggins to be a factor, don't know what's up with him…Wouldn't be surprised if Heat take game 2 in Miami and I certainly wouldn't be surprised if its not enough and the Cavs sweep
