Was the last shot a foul? Probably. But the refs let A LOT go all day. In the end, Detroit was up 11 with 8 mins to go. Don’t squander the lead then pretend the refs bailed the Knicks out.
I can’t believe JB Bickerstaff held his composure in his post game interview because he knew deep down he want to flip out and say that Tim Hardaway got fouled and his refs are blind officials ball three blind officials, running around doing absolutely nothing and then it easy at the end of the game for the crew chief official to say oh sorry we missed that call. How does that help Detroit?
The refs might be dirty. What steps does the NBA have in place to make sure officials aren't beholden to outside interest. Loan Sharks or Gambling sites or Casinos. Maybe Congress should get involved in NBA business practices.
New York is supposed to win & Detroit Pistons are always hated by ESPN & the entire league. Plain & simple. Even Steven A Smith is clearly happy for the Knicks winning & hated Detroit teams as well. Detroit teams are the Red Headed step-child city that the media hates when they win. We have been hated ever since the 60’s riots & will never get the favoritism from ESPN commentators or the national media! I wish someone would call out Stephen A Smith to his face & flat out tell him how bias he is towards the Knicks & hates the Pistons!!! 😤😡🤬🤬🤬
It didn’t matter if they already used there challenge the last play was not able to be challenged because no foul was called I’m not a pistons fan but they got screwed period there a tough good physical young team your time will come but that was bullshit the referees in the NBA are absolutely brutal they cost them the game I don’t care if they had 19 turnovers the game came down to the last play and Detroit got screwed simple as that
