This Might be the WORST Case Scenario for the Warriors

The Golden State Warriors lost to the Houston Rockets in game two of their NBA Playoff series heading back to California. But, in much bigger news, Jimmy Butler went down with an injury that could be devastating for them. If he misses time it could completely sink the Warriors’ chances of winning this series unless Steph Curry can completely carry them. Meanwhile, Jalen Green stepped up alongside Alperen Sengun in Houston’s win, the Boston Celtics took down the Orlando Magic without Jayson Tatum, and the Cleveland Cavaliers knocked off the Miami Heat to go up 2-0. Let’s talk about it.

  1. Bro Amen did that on purpose I sware he was already mad since the beginning of the game! Nobody tripped him or pushed him that hard for him to fall like dat

  2. The disrespect on houston from everyone. Even with butler warriors can't beat houston in a series.

  3. man really wished we went for vucevic in the trade deadline too or any big man because post is a good 3 guy wen he’s hot but can’t be a physical 5 for our defense

  4. Even with jimmy rockets in 6 rockets had one of their worst offensive performances of the year and got pretty much nothing from their back court in game 1 and were down 4 with a minute left in game 1 they’ve held gs under 100 in both games and just need either fvv or green to average games to win

  5. When Patt Spencer becomes your second option after JBs injury, every player in the Warriors rotation should be fucking ashamed of themselves. It's basketball & we got players afraid to shoot even layups.

  6. Okay it "wasn't intentional" but why do these scary 'risky scenarios' always seem to happen in the playoffs. Reviewing it again today it looked like Thompson possibly possibly was exaggerated falling off the contact from Draymond Green and he spatially aware of where Jimmy was going up. I'm not sure it was intentional, recall though we did see Jalen Brown admit years later admit he intentionally rolled Kobe Bryant's ankle in a playoff game, but he certainly did not make any effort to avoid it happening. These things can be avoidable if you are aware, we've seen Jason Adams, catch a guy that was falling on his back. Anyway, it's unfortunate, the betting odds went way down for Warriors long odds winning the championship. I tend to agree , Jimmy is too important and too old to think this ends the Warriors run as an elite team this year. Even if he comes back at 75, 80, even 85% I'm not sure it's the same team, I hope I'm wrong though warriors are a fun team.

  7. I can’t lie people who say Amen Thompson injured Jimmy Butler or that it was a dirty play are either rage baiting or don’t understand basketball. It was clearly spur of the moment wrong place wrong time. Furthermore if people have seen the replay and still say it was dirty then they definitely don’t understand the game.

  8. this isn’t even basketball anymore. this is just a full blown wrestling game cause refs don’t call shit. Rockets know they’re fouling too as to when Udoka said “play physically, the refs won’t call anything”

  9. Nah this is not close to being the worst case

The worst case would be if the warriors get blown out both games even if Jimmy played the full match

The warriors stole home court advantage, it’s not THAT bad, they still got a chance

  10. These Warriors are delu-lu. They're not winning shit and they'd be lucky to win the first round. They're small, their bench is thin. Their three best players are over 35. Thost are long odds for championship aspirations. Bottom line, it's too late for the warriors. It's too early for the rockets.

  11. Even tho Jimmy wants to play in game 3… But to be safe, I think they should let him out in game 4 for I obvious reasons (can't risk a more serious injury to unfold)… Idk but this jus my opinion

  12. It is obvious that houston rockets would win, gary payton hurt, jimmy butler hurt, pods sick, no way the warriors had they full squad would hoiston rocket winning gsme 2.

  13. The guy that's been sitting for weeks and knows his team doesn't believe in him didn't look great? I just can't imagine why Kuminga wouldn't be better.

  14. no you mean draymond hip checked amen into jimmy like the dirty player he is and was that entire game
