Was this the worst Miami Heat season of the Pat Riley era? | Five on the Floor

The Miami Heat did win 37 games (not 15 like 2007-08) and did make the postseason. But with the cracks to the culture, and the devastating first round sweep by Cleveland, does this qualify as one of the worst seasons since Pat Riley took over? Ethan Skolnick and Greg Sylvander go through the history, and tease the future.

  1. We can also all agree Bam is not a playoff riser. We have 2 years worth of data & Bam hasn’t won a single playoff game. Tyler actually gets credit for their 1 win against the Celtics

  2. Miami has missed the playoffs entirely in the Pat Riley era. Remember when Dwyane and Zo both got injured and he did the whole "tank for Michael Beasley" thing?

  3. Worst I can remember tbh (been a fan since ‘88). The stench of being so weak/listless/flat out bad is brutal when we’ve seen so much growth from our guys

  4. We have all seen Bam and Tyler are not good enough to get this franchise anywhere near a championship. Why not blow it up and trade both and rebuild this roster.

  5. I cannot wait for Pat Riely to tell me Bam Adebayo is an All NBA player again after missing all teams for rhe 8th season in a row. All NBA only in salary.

  6. You guys will try to pump sunshine into any situation. With respect to Jimmy, it’s not whether they were right to pay him or not. It’s the fact that they were late in trading him. It should have happened at the end of last season. And no Heat fans would not have revolted. It was obvious that a shake up was needed, including looking at moving Herro. They did absolutely nothing. And they backed themselves into a corner and had to accept what they got. They lack vision but still have Ethan to try to spin their crap.

  7. Carrying Water For Riley Already… Here We Go , Again 😂 Softball Riley Questions, Coming Soon 😂 Already Setting up The Reasons, You'll will ask him Soft Scared Questions…. Now he's not in Charge??? GTFOH 👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾
