GA to the Raptors would be a home run swing for a championship that's true but you know I bet Masaii and Bobby are looking at it. To include Barnes in the deal wouldn't break my heart because the Raptors have depth on their roster to surround GA . He wouldn't have to work so hard to get his points each game and could extend his career. The Raptors could put together quite a package . I wonder what it would take, Barnes and ????. Ben do some speculating , give us your best guess on a realistic package. And anyone else give it a go , I 'd like to see it.

The Pat Riley thing is goofy. That infers Masai is no longer around(big assumption). If that did happen, I doubt they go with a guy from yester-decade to lead the franchise into the future.

Talking about pat coming to Toronto doesn’t make any sense ….. GA for Scottie and some picks and maybe one of our other young guys that’s a deal to wish for …
As a diehard raptors fan I wouldn’t do it.
I saw a trade of RJ, poeltl and 4 unprotected first round picks for giannis.
A line up of
Iq,gradey,Ingram,Scottie and giannis is pretty amazing.
But word is 100% it would take this years first round pick to…. Personally I’m not trading that pick. I don’t care who it is.
Why the fk would we want old man pat
Remember when we let go a whole bunch of contracts thinking we could snag Giannis. That was 3-4 years ago or so. Then he screwed us and stayed in Milwaukee.
Pat Riley is overrated. Zero want to have him in our front office at all.

Giannis coming here isn't the same as when Kawhi came here, we aren't a contending team currently as we were back then. We have so many young pieces, it makes no sense imo.
Pat R is 80 he should just be consultant to younger GM now in day to day decisions mode. I doubt he would be all in except Miami or maybe lakers. 20 years ago sure not now!

Pat Riley loves the sun. He's old and ain't moving anywhere north of Atlanta. The Raps are jokingly listed as 5th on a joke of poll. The reason the Raps always show up on these polls and fake lines is due to rabid fan reaction. Content creators know this.
For me only 1 way I make trade for Giannis. Scottie + OA + ST Chris B for 1 year $!1 nil + 26, 28 first top 6 protected = G A.
I know they would want 2025 pick but the goal is for us to go to Chip and we would want to add C depth. Money works and this gives Bi + GA 3 years to go after Chip.
It makes sense in the fact that Rogers doesn't like Masai.
I think Riley makes a bit of sense for the Nuggets, just with where they are at currently (not requiring long term assistance as much)

IF, PR were to come to the Raps it would be at a lesser-ramping down his career, kind of level – not as a President. If PR wants to be Prez, then yea Knicks, Nuggets are highly likely!
Giannis AIN'T an LA guy, trust that – Brooklyn is a worse situation then the Bucks, so are the Heat – it would come down to SAS or Raps (assuming no other team enters the bidding) – Raps can compete with assets, with picks, and come up stronger in the personal relationship department between MU and Giannis' family. I can see this happening in T.O, its everything MU has wanted for a long while … question becomes who ya sending? ..I love SB, but if GA comes there is no room down low for SB and JAK and GA. If you move JAK instead SB, then GA must play center, does GA want that? If GA comes, I want RJ to stay over SB, and it hurts my heart to say that but this is a positional thing, which includes the need for outside shooting to accommodate a champion in GA. SB doesn't have the consistent outside touch.
How about we trade no one and fire no one and roll on forward
