Tatum is not 30 and he has a championship and carried Celtics in at least 4 Conf Finals (he went in total 5 or 6 ECF but in some didnt have to carry them). To put in perspective Tmac never passed 1st round in 14 years and in some of those years he was in a pathetic East.

10:25 this is what I wished folks acknowledged about Tatums game as a positive. You can stack a roster with 15 all nba guys but if your star can’t let them share in that ball handling you’ll never unlock the roster.

Bottom line is that Tatum isn't a flashy type dunking over people type player and his personality isn't great. He comes off smug and that's why people in the media don't talk about him nor respect him.
