What exactly did Trae buy into? If he didn't buy into defense and ball movement then I really have no idea what you guys are talking about. If someone gave Snyder truth serum I would bet that the reason why he has given up on team defense is because his best offensive player refuses to plays defense.
I'd go with Grant Hill. No, he doesn't have the experience. But he has the intellect. If he doesn't want the job, make an offer he can't refuse.
Kobe Bufkin is NOT the answer for backup PG. Dyson, Vit, and even Keaton (if resigned) would be good as backup PG.
