Here’s How the Miami Heat Will Trade for Giannis Antetokounmpo | 5 Team Deal Where Everyone Wins
Sometimes I like to sit in front of my computer and dream. I’ll go on chat GPT continually hitting refresh on the same prompt. Make a photo of Giannis Kumbbo in a Miami Heat jersey and image generation after image generation until I reach my daily limit because I can’t afford the premium version. Unless y’all subscribe to the channel, maybe one day. But the more photos I see, the more I start to believe that maybe the Miami Heat can actually land Giannis Adendumbo. And in today’s video, I’m going to explain how that’s actually possible. Now, in yesterday’s video, I went into detail about why I believe Giannis will actually be traded. And to summarize to you why, well, it’s because he said so himself. Most importantly, I’m a winner. I want to win. And uh I have to do whatever it takes for me to win. And if there’s a better situation for me to win the Larry O’Brien, I I have to take that better situation. Also, in yesterday’s video, I showed trade packages for the Spurs, Rockets, and Thunder because I believe those are the three most likely destinations for Giannis to land just because those teams have a lot of assets and can provide Giannis an opportunity to win for years to come. And when I say a lot of assets, I mean a lot of assets. All three of those teams could offer a multitude of young players and a treasure trove of picks. So needless to say, the Miami Heat would need to go full throttle in any trade negotiations if they want a real shot to land Giannis. And maybe it’s not needless for me to say that. I also shouldn’t need to ask for y’all to subscribe cuz I put a lot of work into this video right here. But somehow 56.6% of y’all still can’t make a left-handed layup. Make sure to subscribe to fix that. Let’s get back into the video because a lot of Heat fans still don’t understand how trades work. I mean, every time I post a trade package video, I always get some Heat fans saying, “Oh, why do we have to trade Yoic in first round picks? Why can’t we trade Jame Hake and Terry Rosier?” And it’s because nobody wants those guys. In the NBA, you have to give to get. And for a guy the caliber of Jiannis Adendo, I would give up a whole lot. That’s why I cooked up this monster five team trade, which I know looks intimidating. We’ll go through it team by team and break it down. But just to quickly summarize, the Miami Heat will be receiving Giannis Adenkumbbo. And then for salary filler, they would get Brandon Clark, KJ Martin, John Kchar, and Vince Williams Jr. They would also be getting back their 2027 first round pick from the Charlotte Hornets in order to unlock another pick. And then the Milwaukee Bucks will be receiving Duncan Robinson, Jordan Clarkson, and Taylor Hendris for salary filler. and then Nicole Yovic and Khalil Wear for a couple of nice young assets. And then they would be getting the 2025 Jazz pick, the 2026 Heat pick, the 27 Jazz pick, the 28 Grizzlies pick, the 28 Heat pick, and the 2030 Heat pick. That’s a total of six first round picks. And then the Utah Jazz will be getting Tyler Herro. The Grizzlies will be getting Andrew Wiggins. And then the Hornets will be receiving the Warriors 2025 pick in which the Heat currently own. and then an additional second round pick from the Miami Heat. So, now to break down this very large trade, which I promise you it it makes sense. I’m going to look at my notes here to make sure I don’t miss anything for any of these teams, but we’re going to start with the Milwaukee Bucks. As far as young pieces, they’re going to get Nicole Yoic and Khil Wear, who I understand are not the best young pieces that they could get in a steel. In yesterday’s video, we talked about Stfane Castle, who I do think has all-star potential. We talked about Jaylen Williams from the Thunder who already made an all-star team. So, it’s very clear that the Bucks could get players that have definite all-star potential and I don’t really think we could say that about Nicole Yoic or Khil Wear, but I still think those are players with very high upside potential. First off, they’re both very, very young. They have actual size to them and a skill set that makes them unique. Obviously with Nicole Yovic, you’re talking about a 610 guy with handle who could push pace and has a really good jumper on him. And then you got Khalil Wear, the seven foot athletic freak that could also stretch the floor. I do think there’s enough potential there to entice the Bucks to thinking that, okay, maybe these guys have enough potential to get their fan base excited. Now, as far as the salary filler, that would be Jordan Clarkson, Duncan Robinson, and Taylor Hendris. The good thing about Duncan and Jordan Clarkson is they’re both expiring contracts. So, it’s not like the Bucks are taking on a ton of long-term money, which they certainly would not want to do. Anytime a team is looking to rebuild, they’re not going to want a bunch of bad long-term contracts because then you can’t do nothing in free agency. Now, if other teams are attaching picks to offload bad contracts, like we saw what the Grizzlies did with Marcus Smart. They sent Marcus Smart in a first round pick to the Wizards to, you know, entice the Wizards to take that contract. It’s smart to do stuff like that, but in this case where you’re literally doing a rebuilding trade for Giannis, no, you don’t want any long-term bad contracts back. And although Duncan Robinson didn’t have a great season and Jordan Clarkson’s inconsistent, their contracts are truthfully not that bad just because all of that money comes off the books. And I Jordan Clarkson averaged 16 points per game last year. I know it was on a bad Utah team, but maybe the Bucks could still flip him to another team and get a couple of seconds just to add more to their draft capital. Duncan Robinson, I don’t know if you can get draft picks for him. Certainly not a first round pick, but I I think a I think a contending team who needs some shooting might trade a couple of seconds for Duncan Robinson. So, him as well could help add to the Bucks uh cap draft capital for this trade. And then Taylor Hendricks is only making $6 million. So that doesn’t really affect their salary books that much. And then obviously they’re getting the six first round picks, which is more than any star I can remember. I mean, Durant went for four. Rudy Goar went for four. That seems to kind of be the standard. But the reason that I did give Bucks six first round picks here is just because they’re not getting that set defined young piece. Like for example, when uh the Thunder traded Paul George, they traded him for Sheay, who I think they believed had all-star potential, and not only did he turn into an all-star, he turned into an MVP candidate. Uh but in this case, I don’t really think Yoic or Wear have that all-star potential. So, they get some extra first round picks to kind of make up for that. And I do think this is an absolute hall for Giannis Denkumbo. Now, moving on to into the Utah Jazz, who are obviously going to get Tyler Herro. I don’t want to make the whole white joke thing. I I’ll let y’all do that. But it’s no secret that Utah likes their white people. Tyler Herro happens to be white, but he also happens to be a damn good basketball player. 25 years old, just made the All-Star team. And going to a a team in Utah that is not necessarily a free agent destination and has trouble trading for stars because nobody really wants to go there. I think landing someone of Tyler Herro’s caliber could be of great benefit to them. Now, as far as their roster construction going forward, it would be a bit tricky. I mean, they could build a solid core of Ston, Markin, Tyler Herro, and John Collins. That’s not a super young core, but they’re not that old. And all those guys are the same age. Ston is 26. Markin and Collins are 27. Tyler Herro is 25. So, there is something there. And then maybe they could package some of their young players and the other picks they have cuz they have a ton of picks. Uh, so maybe they could package those picks with uh Keonte George, Isaiah Kier, Kyle Filipasy, maybe even Cody Williams, who looked like one of the biggest busts in the draft after one season, but maybe they could package some of those guys to get them another all-star, you know, to pair with Tyler Herro and Larry Markin. Or maybe the Jazz are sellers. We’ve heard that they may they may have wanted to sell Colin Ston for quite some time now. So maybe they do end up selling him uh and John Collins as well, who I think does have some trade value. And maybe they go more young. Uh, which Hero could also fit that timeline because he’s only 25. You know, they’d have to figure figure out what they want to do for their back court because Isaiah Kier had a pretty good rookie season. Him and Hero would make a small back court, but Kier is very good at getting to the rim. Hero’s very good at spacing the floor. So maybe there’s a nice offensive dynamic with those two. Uh, but obviously Keonte George has played well for them as also, but I don’t think Isaiah Kier or or Kee George have the potential of Tyler Herro. So, I don’t think those guys should stop the Jazz, uh, from making a move like this. And all they would really be giving up is two first round picks, uh, which is not a lot for a guy who just made an all-star team at 25 years old. I think that’s good value for them. I mean, the only salary they’re losing is KJ Martin and Taylor Hendricks, and those guys didn’t really play a lot for the Jazz. So, for them, I think this is a good value trade. Moving on to the Memphis Grizzlies, who are basically just trading one first round pick for Andrew Wiggins. They’re going to be trading uh John Kchar and Vince Williams who didn’t play much for them. Brandon Clark did play for them. He played about 64 games last year, but it was a career low just under 19 minutes per game and it’s very clear with him that his potential is capped. You know, he was very good as a rookie. He was a 23-year-old rookie and then he was kind of slightly regressing every year since. There’s obviously a cap on what he is and I don’t think the Memphis Grizzlies would miss Brandon Clark all that much. Uh while Andrew Wiggins, who I will admit had an even last or an uneven last couple of months for the Miami Heat, but he was playing a role that I don’t think suits him well. It doesn’t optimize his potential because he was basically playing the number two guy, you know, the second offensive option behind Tyler Herro. And I don’t think that optimizes his skill set. Whereas in Memphis, he would have a perfect defined role because they could have a lineup of John Morance, Desmond Bane, Andrew Wiggins, Jiren Jackson, and Zack Edy. That lineup would be perfect. They are so well-rounded defensively with Wiggins and Jiren Jackson. You have the spacing of Desmond Bane and Jiren Jackson also shot 37% from three this year. Now, obviously Wiggins in this case, he’d go from being the second offensive option on the Miami Heat to probably the fourth offensive option on the Grizzlies behind Jaw Desmond Bane and Jiren Jackson. Uh I know a lot last year Desmond Bane was playing the three. He’s 6’5. That’s a bit too short to be to to be a small forward. Now, this trade allows him to slide Bane back up to the two. And I think Wiggins would just slide in so perfectly at that three spot for a Grizzlies team that desperately needs to make some moves. Also, now they might trade John Morant. And I think it’s actually leaning that way and that would kind of mess all this up. But if they don’t trade John, I do think Wiggins would fit in perfect for a team who just got swept in the first round. So, they got to make a move. I do think this would be a good one. And only giving up a first round pick for a guy in Andrew Wiggins who is a former all-star. I don’t think that’s that bad value for the Grizzlies. And then finally, the Charlotte Hornets part is basically to just help Miami facilitate unlocking an extra pick. It’s a bit confusing, so I’ll do my best to break it down here. So, basically, Miami would send the Hornets the Warriors 2025 pick that we own this year, and then we would attach a second round pick to incentivize them to send back our 2027 pick, which is the lottery protected pick that we initially sent them for, Terry Rosier. Now, what this would allow Miami to do is it would allow us to send our 26 pick, 28, 2030, and 2032 pick, which will become available the day after the draft. Now, actually, in this trade, I couldn’t show Miami sending over that 2032 pick. Not that I think they would need to anyways, just because that would mean Milwaukee would now get seven first round picks, which I think is even more ridiculous. But the reason I wanted to note this is because let’s say the Jazz only send one first round pick for Tyler Hiro instead of two. Well, now the Heat could send that 2032 pick over to the Bucks to still make sure that they get six first round picks in total. So, the whole point of this is just to let you know that there is ways where the Heat could have four tradable first round picks. Uh there’s actually a couple other ways they could do it. One, they could have missed the playoffs. I guess it’s too late for that, but then they would have had their own first round pick and it would have been real easy to do. But that option is too late because they made the postseason. The other option is though, they could amend protections on that 2027 pick to Charlotte, which would make it fully unprotected in 2028. So, the Heat would keep that 27 pick and now the Heat would be able to trend us trade the 25 pick, the 27 pick, 29 pick, and 2031 pick. So, couple of avenues here where Miami Heat can get four tradable first round picks, but if they do move on from Tyler and Wiggins and get some value for them, I don’t think the Heat would necessarily need to do this. Now, let’s get back into the video. From the Miami Heat side of things, is all of what we just talked about worth it to get Giannis Denumbbo? And my answer is absolutely yes. I mean, when you’re talking about Giannis, you’re talking about a two-time MVP who’s probably had a case to win it every single year since a guy who we know can be the 1A on a championship team. I I mean, what’s his flaws? That he’s 30. That’s not even that old in today’s game. Obviously, Giannis’ game, you would think, would not age very well, but he’s not going to lose his athleticism anytime within the next three to four years. I don’t believe so. And there’s also no such thing as a perfect prospect. If you don’t like Giannis because he’s 30, then who do you like? Do you like Anthony Edwards? Because who knows if he’ll ever become available? They just kicked the Lakers ass in round one. And as Heat fans, I think we’ve waited too long waiting for the or not even fans, but I think the front office has waited too long for the perfect prospect to come around. And that’s how you waste a Jimmy Butler’s tenure with Miami. That that’s what happens. You have to take a risk and uh and just hope it works out. That’s how you win championships. And I don’t think Giannis would be that big of a risk. I mean, his only other flaw is a maybe questionable fit with Bam Bio, but I mean, we saw Jimmy and Bam work. Obviously, Jimmy wasn’t a floor spacer, and that’s before Bam was stretching the floor, too, and now Bam was stretching the floor. So, I do think his fit with Giannis would actually be quite nice. You know, I know Jimmy and Bam didn’t win the championship, but we saw them have postseason success, and Giannis is better than Jimmy. So, I don’t see any reason why the Heat teams can’t be better either. Uh, so, and also keep in mind too that this would actually put the Heats $21 million under the first apron and $33 million under the second apron, which I do believe, as cheap as we all say Mickey Harrison is, he may or may not be. I don’t know that Carnival Crew stock is not looking great at the moment, but I do believe that if they believed uh that this team had a true championship contender, they would be willing to go into the second apron to spend. I know they didn’t do that with Jimmy, but Giannis is a different beast. I mean, Giannis is one of literally one of the greatest players in NBA history. But even if the Heat don’t want to go into the Second Apron, they still have $21 million to work with uh to get someone in free agency. So, I don’t know if any of the salary filler that the Heat would be getting in this trade would be a part of the rotation. Uh that’s Brandon Clark, John Kchar, Vince Williams, and uh and KJ Martin. Uh maybe any of them would play because they’ve all had moments in this league. So, why I I think they could all be rotation players in this league, but also maybe none of them play because none of them are are quite good floor spacers. I mean, John Kchar has been up and down, but the most he’s ever taken for threes in a game in a season is like two. So, none of these guys are really floor spacers. So, maybe none of them uh none of them play. But with that cap space that Miami would have, I do think that they would need to go into this into the free agency and find someone who could be a a shooter for them. I guess someone at the shooting guard slot because I think he would use some of that money to resign DaVon Mitchell. So, he would probably be your starting point guard. And then some of the names available in this free agency class is Tim Hardaway Jr., but I don’t think he’s super realistic just because he was so critical to what Detroit was doing this year. I think Detroit goes all out to resign him. You also got a guy like Bruce Brown who he’s probably worth more than the Heat will be able to afford, but hey, he’s from Miami or he went to school here at least. He’s won a championship before, so maybe he wants to win another one and maybe he’s willing to take a little bit of a veteran discount to to come join a contender. I mean, that’s what happens when you have a guy like Giannis. Guys will want to come to your team for cheaper. But the guy that’s a free agent that I really like and I think is probably the most likely to happen would be Luke Canard. I mean, Luke Canard, I don’t think he’ll go for too much money in the in free agency. Shooters don’t get paid that much anymore. Duncan Robinson kind of messed up the market for shooters once everyone realized how much he was overpaid. But Luke Canard is a guy that’s only shot under 40% from three like once in his career. He’s as lead as it he’s as elite as it comes when it comes to three-point shooting. So, your starting back could be something like DaVon Mitchell and Luke Canard. And then you could round out the starting lineup with Pella Larson, Giannis, and Bam. So there’s other options for the the starting small forward. You could put Jame Hz, maybe the Heat resign Alec Burks and put him to the two and sign a three or or maybe they even put Haywood Highmith at the starting three slot. Uh I understand that none of those options are great, but I mean not that a lineup of DaVon, Luke Canard, Pella, Giannis, and Bam, not that they couldn’t contend. I don’t know. Could they contend? But when you got a guy like Giannis, he’s just such a ceiling raiser that you never know. But I I certainly think they could be a top three team in the East, which is worlds better than they’re at right now or this previous season. But also keep in mind that this is only year one of a Giannis build. The following off season, the Miami Heat will have Terry Rosier’s $26 million come off the books. and then you’ll have even more free agent space in that coveted 2026 NBA free agency to maybe bring in some actual rotation pieces that can really ensure that you’re a true championship contender. And once again, when you have a guy like Giannis, guys would probably want to be here. So that’s my trade for Giannis. Of course, the Heat could make all of this a lot easier if they would just offer Bamio, who I believe is worth four first round picks by himself. But I just don’t think the Heat actually offered Bam. Now I think I would like if the alternative was running it back because you can’t get any other star or offering Bam to buy for Giannis. I think I would do it. I understand you wouldn’t have a lot left on the roster, but they don’t have a lot now. So get Giannis. Try to figure everything else out later. I suppose his fit with Tyler Hiro could be something. Who knows? But point is I don’t think the Heat would trade Bam anyway. So all of that is irrelevant. Plus, I would ideally like to pair Bam and Giannis anyways. And with this trade, I do think it’s possible. So, all of that being said, let me know your thoughts down below. Do you think this is a good trade for the Miami Heat? If not, what would you change? Give me some of your ideas down in the comments below. Make sure to like the video and subscribe because I’m on the grind to hit 8K subs. All the support is greatly appreciated and I’ll see you on the next one. Peace out, everyone. Pull up in your city trying to get that dead face. Do it on my own. I don’t need no dead weight. Had to kill him off. Yeah, I need a head space. You know this homegrown [ __ ] don’t a fan.

Would you trade Bam for Giannis? If not, what is the most you would give up for him?
🔥🔥🔥
😂😂😂
I liked the majority of the trade. If I may, even if it's most practical, I would like to find a way to not give up Ware. It's kind of just me dreaming 🌙 but a Bam, Ware, Giannis FRONTCOURT!!! Who is scoring on that? Who is stopping them from scoring. You literally have 2 DPOY candidate, to EXCELLENT shot blockers (not that Bam isn't good, he's just a different kind of defender) 3 potentially 10 RPG player, and 3 lob threats!!! AND, Ware is a stretch big, and Bam is improving his shooting and spacing, so you don't have to worry TOO much about shooting. Off night at guard AS WELL!!! Defense BETTER THAN THE THUNDER!!!
I thing to replace Ware, Dru Smith. Similar salary, and young, not as young but young.
How about you just give bam for Giannis I think makes it easier don’t you think but bam is a roll player so Milwaukee won’t want that
No assets, that is why the Heat sucked big time this year. Time to face the facts, the Miami Heat will officially start The Process in 2025.
You don’t have assets if you don’t want to include bam. If you include bam you would have a team of Giannis and a bunch of loser role players. Waste of time. Build up an asset war chest before even talking about stars. But that will never happen under Pat Riley, and Dwyane Wade is not leaving a gift (Jimmy) again
We should just tank next season get a good pick clear a ton of cap space and dead weight we are only getting the scraps this year let's be real we could throw our hole starting lineup all our picks and still get out bid by OKC Houston spurs just to name a few 😂
