Unfortunately, aggressive to Jeff means something wild like asking for extra napkins at a fast food place and then apologizing for it. That about captures the Magic’s previous offseason strategy, big plans, quiet exits, and a firm handshake on a one-year vet minimum. To their credit, they’ve nailed the lottery with Paolo, Franz, and Jalen, plus a few solid role players. The defense is elite. Now it's time to build an offense that can hold its own in May.

We definitely need more scorers and playmakers but I also think we need more size and height on our team because that will definitely help in the long run our tallest player is 6’11 we could use a 7’0 footer to help on our offensive and defensive side but I think overall we need to trade most of these guards because they are not consistent Anthony black and Jalen Suggs is prolly the only ones we would need to keep and then try and trade for scorers and more playmaker guards because it would really help our team make a run. Some of our forwards can go to like JI he’s good defensively but offensively he doesn’t help so it’s just wasting time on our team but if we can have a good offseason and improve in all these areas that we need improvement in then I think we are able to a run next year
I'm reading from Weltman that the drafting of AB and Howard were longshot-developmental pieces that were in line with a longer timeline, and Cory Joseph was a depth coverage piece that ended up being more needed than anticipated…
He has finally admitted that Paolo and Franz need the help to move past the 2nd round and actually compete.. Hopefully he picks up a phone and makes some calls, because guys like Dennis Schroeder and Kevin Porter Jr were up for grabs during this season, and could've made a difference for us…
We need better shooting, a better option at Center, and a legit PG to bind this team together..

They're in a perfect position, to draft Clayton Jr. Suggs will be back. Like Carter Jr's game, but he's redundant, and not a true center. Moving him, Anthony, and a few picks, for a true center, is desperately needed. Clayton Jr, and a true center, and they're in win now mode.
Honest question; How is Goga not playing in the Playoffs?? He's our best big defender on the roster, gives us better offensive flow and adds a few offensive rebounds (We desperately need a few extra shots when we're shooting 20% from 3)
Jeff is truly a genius. He "answers" questions so eloquently giving the media just enough but knowing exactly what NOT to say too soon. He is the kind of leadership I wish the Magic had decades ago. All about the long game. One step at a time. Collecting players with great basketball IQ, multi-functional pieces with higher ceilings I think then people realize. I am very excited to see where the Magic go from here.

Jeff is delusional and blind. Did he not see what happened last year in the playoffs? Because it was clear as water, we had no offense. And you stink at drafting should be fired immediately

20:26 that answer disturbs me. We know just as much about this team this year as we did last year. Last summer we were a great defensive team that needed a playmaking guard, shooting and continued internal development to reach a championship level. New year, same needs. With the big difference being that we have fewer avenues for improvement due to lack of cap room.
So what did we learn this yr that we didn't already know last yr?
Do something!! 😂
