[Music] [Applause] Let’s go like we [Music] forgot paying for gas. Yeah. Sh. Hey, business fans. We going to sneak away for a minute. Listen, I’m at the hospital. My wife is in labor. We’re getting ready to have a baby. It’s been a long day. I’ve been here since 7 o’clock this morning. But my Pistons just won. Back to the D we go, baby. Way to do it. Um, clutch play. Clutch play at the end by K. Man. Almost cost us though. almost turned that ball over uh to Brunson, but heady play by Beasley to get out of the way and not just let him throw the ball off of him. Um but just big plays down the stretch did it for the Pistons, man. And you know, we get a chance to come back here to the D. And when when I say w down to the wire, down to the wire. Uh smart play to go ahead and foul him at the end of the game by Asar. and Assar gets my game ball today. I know he heard exactly what, you know, we were saying on on our podcast, me and Deuce um put some of the clips on social media and I seen it. I seen that he watched them. I know he hear us. You know what I’m saying? And tonight he came and he did exactly what he needed to do and that was to go at them. You know, that’s something I’ve been barking about. Y’all got to go at those dudes. And Assar on the defensive side of the ball was brilliant as always. But on the offensive side of the ball, he took care of the basketball. No turnovers, no mistakes out there. Get the ball up under the rim. Dunk the ball. Go for the alley hoops. Find ways to be effective on the offense. Why? Because they’re leaving you opportunities. All the attention was still on K tonight. Uh some double teams. So, somebody’s going to leak open. and tonight it was him. So, shout out to Assar. Hella proud of that performance, man. Um, but this is the place. This is the player that we need you to be in the series if we’re going to be successful. This is the player that we need you to be. So, yeah. Um, we still got a lot of work to do to push this thing to game seven. We got to come home in front of the home crowd and and give the home crowd something to cheer about, man. you know, um that atmosphere is too electric at LCA to be taking losses. So, we got to make sure that we get it to the point where officials can’t lose a game for, you know, um our turnovers can’t lose a game for us. Um you know, not playing sensible basketball can’t lose the game for us. We got to come out clean just like we do in New York. For some reason, we play on the road better than we do at home. I don’t know what that’s about, but it’s got to change. So, if you don’t want to get eliminated and sent to Cancun, you got a job to do. You got a job to do. Um, but again, great job Tobias Harris defensively on Carl Anthony Towns tonight. He took the assignment again tonight. He is one of our most important veterans. He is everything for us right now. Um, but he would not let Carl Anthony Towns squeak open at that three-point line, especially at the end of the game. And that’s huge for us. That is huge for us. Um, smart plays, man. Smart plays, smart basketball. And this is what we talk about with this team. They grow. They’re growing up in the series. This is what the series is about. It’s about experience. We’re not expecting to go to the finals. You know, we got Boston next probably. So, um, if we if we won the series, but this is this is the experience that we want guys to get. You know, it sucked that, you know, Stew was still out. Um, but, you know, you want to get you want to get everybody that experience. Um, with that said, man, overall as a team, the effort as a team, I can’t do nothing but applaud them. They they really made me proud to watch the Pistons today. Um kind of gave me a heart attack at the end, but it’s a great day to be a Pistons fan, man. So, shout out to you guys. I’ll see you guys as soon as I get home.
