Should The Miami Heat TRADE Tyler Herro For Trae Young? #shorts #nba #heat

I would absolutely trade Tyler Hero for Trey Young. It’s a tough debate. I love Tyler and I have my reservations about Trey Young, but when you think of it, both are on the same playing field when it comes to their defensive abilities. Both are bad. But when you look at the offensive output, Trey Young gives you 24 25 a night while dishing out 10 dimes a night. Hero can only give you about 22 23 points and five and a half assists. And when you factor in the playoff rising performances of Young averaging 26 points per game in his 27 playoff games compared to Tyler Hero averaging 14 and a half points per game on his 50 games. Heroes never averaged more than 20 points per game in a playoff series. Trey’s led his team to the Eastern Conference Finals as the number one option. Unfortunately, I think Trey would unlock Bam and wear more than Hero can at this point. So, I would trade Tyler Hero for Trey Young.

  1. No Hero just keeps improving each year young has done nothing for the hawks rather keep hero and keep building our team enough with the let’s go for the short term success.

  2. This is bullshit herro averages 23.9 and Trae 24.2 so it’s the really the same and Trae young only dishes dimes because so much of the offensive is run by him this season. If Trae young came to Miami, Wiggins and bam would need the ball often and he wouldn’t have as many assists. Also Herro is younger and improving, Trae isn’t

  3. Trae is worse than Tyler on defense.
Tyler actually gives effort where Trae doesn't.

Trae is a better playmaker than Tyler but his play style is extremely ball dominant where coach Spo system isn't. No one will ever win with that playstyle. Trae, Harden or Luka doesn't matter. Look at all the past champions. They have all been teams who share the ball and not have one guy dominating the ball.

Trae is very inefficient compared to Herro. Tyler is a better shooter in every regard compared to Trae.

Trae has had a team built around him and experienced being a #1 option for his entire career. Tyler just got that opportunity for half a season. Not to mention he took a team built for Jimmy not him and made the best with it. Once the Heat fix the roster there should be improvements. Hes only going to get better at being the lead guy.

Other than that Bucks playoff series where everyone was bad he was unlucky with injuries and tried to play through them and/or couldn't at all. He was also a 3rd option most of the time when he was playing and coming off the bench compared to Trae whose been a lead guy and had a team built around him since hes been drafted.
These playoffs/play-in he showed improvement and potential.
I wouldn't take those last 2 games in to account cause it feels like the whole team quit. Heat were outclassed and they were rough to watch but everyone was horrible similar to that Bucks series.

Tyler emulating Currys path (not comparing them) has opened the door for him to follow a new lane. This hybrid on ball/off ball role fits him well and also fits in with anyone in the league and offers a path where he can be a lead guy.
