The reason why boston keeps shooting 3s is to create driving lanes for best players which is jb and jt thats always the first option to get into the paint the second option when you cant get it the paint is shooting 3s

Celtics won’t miss that many 3’s the rest of the series watch and see. Shots just stopped falling, the terrible defense was the problem and it was pretty obvious

The celtics have games like this all the time and have for years now. They were up by 20 and then they just slow down they have had this problem for years. Game 2 is gonna be dawg walk for ny. Thus if you are high volume 3pt team you can afford shoot a low % and then low number of 2pts.
While your opponent shoot high % 2pts and maximize on their low volume 3pt. The latter team more likely will win the game.
To answer the question you’d have to make 13-14 3s to catch that! Then add in however many extra 3’s to match the 3s the other team makes!
