But, let’s get to this one between the Oklahoma City Thunder and the Denver Nuggets. And uh the Denver Nuggets steal game one in OKC pulling out a 12119 win over the Thunder in that one. And you know, some may call it complacency, some may call it, you know, the uh you know, the the Denver Nuggets just being the more experienced team, you know, sort of in that position, sort of with their backs against the wall, if you will. But, you know, they came in after that sevengame series and, uh, you know, were able to steal it in the second half from the Thunder, who did lead by double digits at the half. I mean, they were up 60 to 50, but again, uh, Denver never really out of it. You had a massive game from Nicole Joic, 42 points, 22 boards, six assists. Aaron Gordon and Jamal Murray had 22 and 21 respectively. Gordon hitting that big shot at the end of the game to pull it out for the Denver Nuggets. And you know, I do think that Oklahoma City could very well bounce back here. I mean, this is, keep in mind, this is still an OKC team that won a game in Denver earlier this year. And when they beat OKC in OKC, they won by 24 points. And again, I I can’t stress this enough. Oklahoma City wasn’t one of the best teams in the NBA in the regular season, they were able to really, you know, put the boots to a lot of teams, you know, especially at home. And they were like, you playoff caliber teams as well. They beat up on the Lakers. They beat up they beat up on a bunch of teams. The thing for me though is that again the Denver Nuggets have kind of been there and done that at this point of the season. And realistically when you’re at this point of the year there’s going to be no real slouches. I mean these are still the top eight teams you know in the NBA right now because of you know obviously who’s advanced. And I think that this is still a Denver Nuggets team that is going to compete as long as they are healthy. I understand why this line is where it is fully, you know, could understand the the mentality of a bounce back here from Oklahoma City, but 11 and a half points is still, I think, just a bit too many to give up to Denver in this spot. Even if OKC bounces back, we saw OKC after they they kicked the crap out of Memphis in the first two games of that series, even though they did go on the road, they only won the next two games against the Grizzlies by six and two points. And that g that series clincher was without John Moran to the lineup. So I think that the Denver Nuggets can at least compete here. You know, give themselves a shot to go home up 20. I’m not saying they win the game outright, but I’m saying they’re going to they’re going to show up and they’re damn well going to try. And I think that this is going to be, like I said, a competitive game where I could see it finishing within single digits. So, I’m going to go with the Denver Nuggets plus the 11 and a half here.
