The Bucks are Giannis-whipped
Not only did they pay Giannis as much as they possibly could, they also built the entire team around his skill set. They hired Mike Boonhozer as head coach, former coach of the Atlanta Hawks, and coach of the year. Mike Boonhozer was a protege of Greg Papovich, and he’d led the Hawks to a 60game winning season through floor spacing and a defensive system. This is exactly what the Bucks needed. They had a good defense, but they had no plan. They had some good shooters, but they could never get them open. Then they brought in Brook Lopez, who is the perfect companion to Giannis. Think about it. Giannis is a pretty versatile defender, so wasting him as the rim protector is not a good idea. Brook Lopez could guard the rim and then let Giannis guard the perimeter. And also Giannis is not a floor spacer. As good as he is, the guy doesn’t have a great field goal percentage unless he’s dunking. Brook Lopez at that point in his career was one of the best stretch bigs in the league. Giannis didn’t have to worry about bumping into Brooke when he was going to the rack. The Bucks and Benhoer made the whole team work around Giannis and the team became a title contender immediately.

don’t know why they fired their hc
When they hired bud, they had only just signed giannis to 4yrs/100 mill, not 5 yrs like they could have, at the time they thought he was a 2nd tier all-star. You said they gave him as much as they could. Your haircut is stupid by the way.
