Can Golden State Warriors Hang With Wolves WITHOUT Steph Curry
Steph Curry’s MRI revealed a grade one hamstring strain, and the Warriors have announced that he will be shut down and reevaluated in a week. Steve Kerr gives his spin on why the Dubs can still survive the next few games without Curry, plus who will pick up his offensive output in the game two matchup? Chuck Walter and Shomari Block break it down.

“A dancing bear” perfect imagery
We somehow seems to forget, Houston is no 2, Minnesota is no 6 and only by default… and historically their coach makes mistakes in the play offs
The Dude's logic seems wonky. Somehow it just does not compute.
Game 1 was a fluke, gentleman sweep coming up unfortunately, playoff Jimmy is too old to carry any team
Production and value are 2 totally different things. Buddy has been maligned for this entire season (not by me), here's what I'm watching for… whether you concede it or not, Buddy started the season with the most made 3's for the previous 5 years, not Steph, Buddy, Steph broke his hand and Buddy idoesn't miss games, he's known by coaches, including Steve Kerr. The plan is to shut down Buddy because he's less intimidating than Jimmy. I think Buddy will be running full motion like prime Steph for the entire game and it's someones job to chase him, he'll breed fatigue because he's been the first one up the floor all season… does that mean that his stats will look like good production? Maybe not… but some other Dubs will benefit… Buddy has flipping gravity, like Klay did, and that's what people don't get and what Kerr does.
Is Ant gonne be that bad every game? No but he has a bad ankle and we only need one game.
In regards to the warrios themselves. Throw a bunch of stuff against the wall – see what sticks.
Pat Spencer ain't that good, bro.
😂😂😂
No, steph, no problem, let's be positive.
Warriors winning game 2 come back to this comment give me props
Why can't we just have a good clear perspective on Kuminga like the guest did without spewing narratives that are not true. The host went on to say Kuminga drove and pump faked 6 times to get a call that probably wasn't a foul. That's just a lie. Kuminga drove into the lane stopped, pump faked once and drew a legit foul. Why can't u just accept when he does a good thing, u have to say your preconceived notions just to make him look bad. Its ridiculous
So many commercials guys😢
If Ant Man went down we would be thinking sweep
Our guy is down if we can get one and 30 comes back game 5 we have a chance
And then we hold the Minny boys to 85 points today lol.
Warriors did their job . Got one on the road. I can't see them giving up any at home. Warriors in 6
I think Buddy has reached that point where he can be a good scorer, with occasional games where he’s a great scorer. He’s playing loose and relaxed. Hoisting open threes is one thing, but when he did that fadeaway of one foot, that’s confidence. That suggests he’s practiced that move again and again, and it’s automatic. Just get him the ball in the right rhythm and balance and he’ll take it, and most likely make it. It’s like Steph and those threes he hit in the Olympic finals. Knowing that he’s put in the work, taken those shots thousands of times, it didn’t matter that there were two taller defenders coming at him, that he he was spinning, that he barely had a look at the basket, that he was shooting from the hip rather than the head, that he had to put such a high arc on the ball. It was a shit he’d made before and knew he could make again. Buddy has hit a buzzer beater from near half court against Houston, remember. He kept gunning after not shooting well in the first half this game. He’s gonna be streaky, but part of being streaky is being explosive. When these guys talk about Ant driving inside when his outside shot isn’t working, there’s a difference with what Steph does. Steph will NEVER abandon his outside shot because it’s not going in. He might abandon it if it’s being well defended because then he knows he can go inside. But if he’s getting open looks, he won’t stop just because he misses a few, or many. It’s what he does. I think Buddy has developed the same mentality. And that makes him dangerous. Is he going to be as dangerous as Steph? No. But he might be just dangerous enough, the warriors are so strong defensively, they can eke out a win in the next three games, then we’ll see where we’re at. Minnesota looked a step slow. I don’t buy the extra layoff theory hurting them. That can affect a team for maybe a quarter at most. But the warriors were faster and better all night, even at the end of the game. It was the wolves who couldn’t sustain runs, getting only within nine points but then letting the warriors go on a double digit run.
99 points isn't going to cut the mustard unfortunately. They need to find a way to get in the 105 range.
Shomari knows nothing. Defense wins championships.
The key is Kuminga. He must be the player that everyone knows he can be. There is NO MORE WAITING. HE MUST BE THAT MAN NOW. He has to DO IT ALL. He must be that ELITE DEFENDER. He must play to his FULL POTENTIAL. He has to fill in all the holes. He must score, rebound, assist, defend and CONSISTENTLY MAKE THE RIGHT DECISIONS.
To say that there's no chance is too much. It will be VERY HARD! but maaaannn!!! This is still Kerr and the Warriors.
Pat Spencer needs more minutes
hopefully Kerr realizes we can't run 3 guard lineups without Curry… we shouldn't even be running 3 guards with him, let alone 4 guards!
Bro look like Graves from COD
If we get a lead we need to lock in with our bigs to add to the defense. A three point guard line up will give up leads fast. Kevon has been awesome so far, maybe Post to stretch, or Trace for his athletic abilities to shut things down l.
So quite possibly they're down 1-3 till Steph is ready? They'd better steal another game
No Curry means less draymond and more kuminga, TJD and post
Choose a better thumb nail warrior won without currry two in a half quarters

Who is this clown? Moody has been awful with the ball in his hands. When teams go zone, Moody is lost and causes countless shot clock violations. I’m not hyped on JK, but if the Warriors need a player to get minutes and step up, it’s JK. Moody’s ceiling isn’t near JK’s. If he wants his money and he wants his confidence back, he’s got a chance to do it. He should be coming down hill like Ant-Man does every time.
already writing their obit? Nah, they have a deep team that can win – in 2022 Steph started the run coming off the bench.
Podz and Moody have been horrific. Don't ever bring this dude on here again its brain rot. Moody dribbling or anything is stupid he's been bad for months
No. Honestly is the best policy. No they won’t.
what if the warriors win the first 3 games. I still think it would go 7 but the knicks just beat the Celtics twice in a row in Boston. Crazier things have happened. Every pundit had the Laker's going to the FINALS LOL
