    I'm confident that THIS ends player's careers early, more than anything else outside of injuries. Between the fans and your own coaches basically telling you that you're washed, you probably start to believe it. All of the sudden you're slowing your pace down, so that you don't get injured. You're passing up shots that you can easily knock down. All the young kids on the team are selling jersey's so the team owner wants them getting all the touches. SMH

    They're so quick to throw away a great thing, just to bring in somebody young and fresh.
