This put tears in my eyes. Coach Popovich has been through a lot. I don't believe he wanted to step down, but due to health reasons, he had to. I pray that Coach Popovich will get well soon so he can see the Spurs in action with their new coach this season.
My mom had a stroke and it messed up her left side of her before I felt my mom take her last breath .. seeing pop not being able to use his left arm .. it hurts alot to see him like this cause it reminds me so much of my mom 😢
I remember when Pop lost his wife some years ago and yet he kept going strong being the man’s man that he is, always on the righteous side of social issues never saying what people wanted to hear. Demanding excellence from all his players, no matter if they were superstars or not. One of the great leaders of men of our times.. San Antonio was blessed to have such a man coaching their team. May the Lord bless you to have a quick recovery Pop. You lived that life and you lived it well. Many more years to you sir. You truly are a legend.
