Golden State Warriors vs Minnesota Timberwolves Full Highlights 2nd Qtr | May 8 |2025 NBA Highlights
You can do it, Steve. Appreciate it. Thank you. This is their worst quarter and Steve Cerr knows the challenge that’s in front of him as Draymond Green. First possession of the second quarter. Misses the three. Secured by Randall. Wolves are hungry tonight. No question. They need a win before this series goes to Chase Center in San Francisco. They’ll continue to play every other day through game five, which means the Warriors will go 10 consecutive games of every other day. is a tough task for Golden State as Alexander Walker gets to the basket once again with a left hand. Well, and that’s where he’s strongest. Alexander Walker’s right-handed, but much more comfortable going left on the drive than going to his right. Warriors got their shooting a little more organized. They started 0 for eight for six of their last 10. The biggest problems with the Warriors, five turnovers and they’ve given up five offensive boards. Pajimski able to hit the first. And we remind you that the NBA on TNT tonight brought Brandon Pajinski, the Wisconsin native, secondyear player out of Santa Clara after a year at Illinois. Pajki hits them both. 3117 our score. Early stages of this second quarter. And Kevin Knox becomes the 12th Warrior into the game in 13 minutes. And Trace Jackson Davis is up at the scorers table will become the 13th Warrior to get into the game already early second quarter. The zone gives the Wolves a little trouble there. Absolutely. The Warriors defense, you look at the numbers, it’s been fine. They’ve got to rebound the ball better. They got to take care of the ball better. And Draymond Green, did he get a shot up or no? Warriors were doing early in the season before the Butler trade. They’ve already used five different starting lineups. That’s all in the last seven games. Got caught in the air. Good defense that time and Knox comes away with a rebound. Wow. Trace Jackson Davis doing a great job keeping it alive. One of the best offensive rebounders in the league. fell out of the Warriors rotation, but when it comes to getting on the glass, he’s been Milwaukee at Milwaukee, but then lost at Atlanta and got blown out in Miami, that’s the experience this group has without Stephar gets inside when the Warriors were getting blown out. He pulled everybody halfway through the third quarter and didn’t bring them back in. Bear misses them both. Well, he’s under 50% now in the playoffs, 10 for 22. Jackson Davis out of Indiana University. Buddy Heel pulls a tough three. That’s an air ball. Force that one. Heel knows he is the primary scorer on the floor right now. Nas Reed goes to the basket. Oh wow, what a finish. Naz Reed switched hands and finishes with the right. NBA players have gotten so good now with that deceleration move slowing down and being able to basically stop on one foot to Steph Curry now trying to calm him down Draymond making his case which Steph understand and come back they need him he’s not only the leader of their defense he’s the hub of their offense he’s their facilitator if you will Steve Kerr when all of that was going on was immediately better shots against this zone which has baffled them a little bit here in these first two games. Reed takes it, leaves it, and a deflection ends up in a Minnesota turnover. Well, we’ve seen Goar already have trouble catching two passes. One a straight line pass at his waist and the other one a bounce pass. You’ve got to feed sevenfooters above their shoulders. Strong basket by Trace Jackson Davis with Goar lurking. Anthony Edwards back on the floor finds Alexander Walker. Walker probing. That was deflected by Knox. That’ll be Minnesota ball. He plays with emotion and competitive fire. That’s what make him great. But it can work against him as well. If he can channel that and not get baited, we’re going to be in a really good spot. And also guys talked to coach Izo before game seven and they had a heartto-he heart about how he needs to keep his composure throughout this entire second round series as well. Good stuff Lauren. Thank you. Chase to stack up and he was dangerously close to getting another one which would have put him one away from a suspension. Well, Steph Curry and Steve Curry did a great job of keeping Green away from that. And Alexander Walker knocks down a three. A welcome sight for him. He’s now only 6 for 25 and a backcourt violation for Golden State. Warriors turn it over and that’s already their eighth turnover. And Minnesota up 3619. Wolves have turned those eight turnovers into seven points. Jackson Davis with the rebound. Well, here’s the thing. They’re up 17 points and they’re not shooting the ball. Well, Minnesota, it’s not like they’re lightening up this Warrior defense. The problem is the Warriors can’t solve Minnesota’s defense without Steph Curry. Edwards swipes one of these next three BA keep the series even. Hopefully he can be back in game five and then make your run at it in a threeame series even though two of them would be on the road. Well, if he survived it to game six of your Golden State, you will finally get out of this every other day run as Kajimki throws it away. Trace Jackson Davis wanted it up top for days off between. They go every other day in all of the other games and we don’t know if Stephen Curry is going to be able to return. They’re going to re-evaluate him in a week. Lauren reported that’ll be played in game five as Jackson Davis gets a block on Edwards and Edwards is down grabbing at his left ankle playing five on four here. Go gets caught in the air and Butler in game two. It certainly has. And you know, you saw the concern on Steph Curry’s face. These guys all want to beat each other, but none of these players wants to see another player get hurt. changes things dramatically for the Wolves just as the Curry injury changes things for the Warriors. And Randall right away able to knock down that mid-range jumper. Yeah, he loves that shot going right stepping back. Most guys much much better on the step back going to their weak hand. Wolves lead is 19. Five and a half to go in the half. And Jackson Davis does get the lob he was looking for that time from Jimmy Butler. He’s a big time lob threat and that’s what you said a minute ago. He that’s the pass he wanted from Brandon Pajimki. Moses Moody trying to check Randall giving up some size. Randall gives it up. Devinczo. That’s good. Wow. Devenzo needed that one. First one of the night. One for three now. 7 for 34 in the playoffs. Just barely over 20%. He was electric in the playoffs for the Knicks last year. He shot the three ball so well, up over 40% and shot it at 40% through the regular season. Pajimky gets to his strong hand, the left hand, able to score it off the glass. Chenzone lost the handle, turns it over. Jackson Davis finds a guard. This building is quiet right now. No doubt Anthony Edwards on the minds of these Timberwolves fans here. Spajipsky misses a three. He’s had some good looks. Pajky 0 for three from beyond the arc. And now McDaniels gets the shooters bounce off

T-wolves suck. This should have been a blowout.
GSW can’t shoot. Lol
who is that in the center for gsw its not tjd?
This is a testament to how good steph is
Goes to show you how only because of Steph this team is in the playoffs. And that goes for all the years even those when they had KD.
No curry not possible for gs to win
Playoff jimmy is garbage. He needs curry 😂😂😂😂
What in the world is going on here?
Rudy gay is just tall but 0 skill at all
Nobody but curry can score. That's the problem of the Warriors
who the heck does jimmy butler think he is..i like him but he's getting on my nerves..shoot the dang ball..he lazy..always looking for help..go to the dang rim and shootnthe ball
You cannot have Moses Moody, Gary, Peyton, Spencer and Post with no points and a combine 35 to 40 minutes of playtime in zero points. The Warriors do not have enough players to score the Timberwolves have plenty of scores.
So far in this game through almost 3/4 moody zero points Gary Peyton zero points Spencer zero points and post zero points do you have nobody left on the team to score but Butler and Kuminga that is not gonna get it done warrior fans y’all are done
Moses Moody hasn’t done crap and game one or two I would sell him and keep Kuminga. He cannot get his own shop or nothing. Gary Peyton needs to go post needs to go. They’re not playing Looney so you’re telling me that Kaminga and Butler are supposed to carry this team along with Held, don’t think so wolves in 6 ! lol 😂
Kuminga dónde esta
Play kuminga
draymond is nothing but a pure 13% thug a s clown!
😂😂😂 bricks party
What a terrible game, Warriors are terrible without curry
Why the fuck did you cut out the best parts?
MJ real two sons in the thumbnail.
