Those first couple of years under Silas were terrible for his development. Bro was not in the gym in the off season and came back year after year with the same areas of improvement. Hard work beats talent when talent doesn’t work hard.

this kid needs somebody to help him get better at talking. half of the things he says i dont understand. he needs a mental coach to handle pressure better. he needs more versatility in game. his first step might be the fastest in the nba, but after that he just rely to much on his atletism. and if he can not get directly to the rim he takes stepback shots. he needs to ad a floater in his game. his dribbling needs to get better. he needs to absorb contact and not try to avoid it. so he needs to get stronger physically. and finally. dont give up on this kid to fast. give him another year. at least the summer. and see if he developed. and last but not least. maybe houston and Ime Udokos branch of basketball is not suited for this kid. then for both parties would be better to let it go.
