Timberwolves COAST in Game 2 vs Warriors Reaction
All right, so the Wolves just took care of business in game two against the Warriors team without Steph. Let’s talk about it. This game was never really close other than this one Warriors run in the third quarter where they cut it to like six or seven. You can feel the whole energy in the building go like, “Oh are we pulling a Celtics right now?” The Julius Randall experience returned for game two. I just don’t know how a player can go from being so bad to so good in like 48 hours. Anthony Edwards also had a much better game tonight. Although he did avoid a pretty scary looking ankle injury at one point in this game. Glad he’s okay. I also thought a major key tonight for the Wolves, 31 assists. Ball movement looked way better. And for the Warriors, I mean, I said it before the game, but I just don’t know how these guys are going to generate enough offense without Steph. Jimmy’s also just not a number one option anymore. And that’s okay, but you can’t expect him to drop 40. Look, I think the way the Wolves were playing tonight, they would have won even with a healthy Steph. But all I want at this point is this series to be tied 2-2 when Steph returns so that we can get a best of three series to really determine who the better team

Podziemski is our problem, he’s starting at pg while Steph is out and he’s not a pass first point guard at all. He gets insane tunnel vision and either takes a really bad shot or passes it to someone after he drains all the shot clock and expects them to score.
