Indiana Pacers must solve Cleveland Cavaliers zone defense to recover from Game 3 loss

they need to come in. Sometimes zone isn’t necessarily about the specific effectiveness of the zone and it’s more about forcing a team to not do the stuff that they’re normally good at, right? And I think that’s part of it for the Pacers who just have this very flowing offense. It’s very good, but the Cav zone is specifically good in that it also is disruptive and challenging for teams to deal with. And the Pacers were like, “Oh, we got especially with Moy who just oh, he is amazing. Like I know this, but he is just everywhere, man. It really gked them up. And so I think it’s partially on the Pacers for not being I don’t know if illprepared is even the right word. Like it just got them out of their rhythm so bad, which has happened them before in games. It can’t happen in the playoffs. It’s partially on the Cavs brilliance. How I feel about the zone and how much it’s changing the series will depend on how the Pacers do against it in game four and how much the Cavs can sit in it.
