THIS IS WHY The Sixers Should NOT Trade The 3rd Pick In The 2025 NBA Draft #shorts 76ers News
If I were the Philadelphia 76ers, I would not be considering trading the number three overall pick in the NBA draft. And this is why. The Sixers are at an interesting spot in their franchise right now with some aging players like Joel Embiid and Paul George and some younger core pieces like Tyrese Maxi, Jared McCain, and Quinton Grimes. And I think the Sixers should be prioritizing building a long-term future and a long-term winner with sustainable success. And I think you can do that by getting a player at the top of this draft instead of trying to focus on going allin in this window with Embid and Paul George which honestly might already be closed. So I get the appeal of trying to trade for a Kevin Durant or trying to trade for a Giannis Anttompo, but I’d rather select a player who can make a long-term impact and help you win games for the next 10 plus years.

It’s sad to say but we wasted Embiids championship window…. It’s time to move on cut are losses with PG and build around Maxey.
You know we’re getting old when we’re now talking about Embiid as an old aging player lol. But agreed, weve gone “all in” to win with Embiid for 7 years now and we haven’t even made a conference finals
Sixers and my fellow Sixers fans don't over think this we came up in this lottery go get Ace ♠️
Trade Paul George, Embiid the 3rd pick for Giannis and some miscellaneous players to match salaries.
I dont think Grimes is a core player and McCain is a Rookie; looking at this upcoming draft, the #3 rated player is Ace Bailey, who is kind of raw, but talented. If a team makes an offer, like Utah for Markkanen, they can have that #3 pick! Lol…he's still young and in his prime
Trade back to Utah, marketing and their pick, kon ready now
