I disagree with Ashley. Theres no player in the world that would fit in with this roster. Jesus christ himself couldn't find a role on this team.
Main issue is defense not offense (#22 defense), Kings improved a good bit in offensive rating after trading away Fox while playing better competition. I don’t think the defensive issues are really fixed by a point guard. They probably need to trade Demar to clear cap space or get a more defensive oriented player who holds his own offensively and hope they can improve defense while being somewhere around the same offensive rating (#7 offense). If they can get their net rating somewhere around +3 or +4 they are very likely a playoff team with a decent chance of making it past the first round.
All this is assuming the goal is being competitive and not going for a rebuild.

what we need is someone willing to tank for a couple of years and we need to stop trying just to be a “playoff team” and tried to build through the draft to be a potential contender! i would rather have that then just being a potential first round exit in playoffs!!!
