Cooper Flagg + Giannis in Texas… But NOT on the Rockets?!
Like logically you can say that within the next two months Cooper Flag and Giannis will be playing in the state of Texas and neither will be with the Rockets. Yes. The likely scenario is if Giannis actually does ask out and then has to say I want to go to the Spurs. I think people ignore part of part that part of the equation. They just start to look at assets. Well, the Spurs have all the assets or the Rockets have all the assets. Generally speaking, that player will tell you where he wants to play and then for whatever reason, the team who’s trading him will do everything possible to get him there. Yeah. I mean, you still have the 10th pick. Like, it’s still a good asset plus what you have on your team that if Giannis says he wants to be a Rocket, then you will get Giannis. Then you’ll get Giannis. Yes. He has to say it. If he says he’s going to be a Spur, he’ll be a Spur. If he’s for whatever reason says he wants to be a Maverick, they would have to decide if is Cooper flag part of the package.
It sounds crazy, but it’s very possible: Within the next two months, Cooper Flagg and Giannis Antetokounmpo could both be in Texas — and neither with the Rockets.
