What’s Next for the Cavs? 🤔

So, the Cleveland Cavaliers just had yet another disappointing playoff exit. And yet, I think they should just run it back next season and do pretty much nothing this off seasonason. So, let’s remember how this team even got here in the first place. Because everybody last summer thought they should make a major change, but instead they ran it back and proved that team chemistry matters. Especially when, and this is my real take, who’s going to be their comp next year? I mean, Jason Tatum’s out for the year. The Bucks are going to trade Giannis and Cooper Flags going to the West. So, the East is going to be wide open. And look, I said Pacers and six before the series, but even so, you can’t ignore the fact that the Cavs kind of got screwed by injuries and shooting variants. Now, there’s a chance this team does make a move because they have the third most expensive payroll. Ty Jerome’s a free agent, so I think he’s gone. And if they wanted to explore a Jared Allen trade because he kind of got exposed by the Pacers, I wouldn’t hate it. But again, this team won 64 games for a reason. That doesn’t just happen by accident. And I just think they got kind of unlucky.

  1. Unlucky? The Cavs got unlucky? That’s what you got out of the end of this season? It’s not unlucky. We have seen this same Donovan Mitchell before. Even in Utah. They had the #1 seed ( best record in NBA) and ended up losing in the playoffs. Donovan Mitchell is a great regular season player and that’s it. Always has been always will be. Yet, run it back ! For what? more of the same?

  2. honestly, just small changes are all they need to become better and I’m excited to be a cavs fan 🚡🚡🚡

  3. They need to run it back. They got horrible injury luck.

Although i am really strongly considering a coaching move.

Having a one-footed Garland play 35 minutes in that elimination game was disgusting. He couldnt make a shot and continually got blown by on defense. Hardly his fault for giving it his all as a player.

But a coach has got to see that his player is hurting his team. Im not even a cavs fan but i was pissed watching that game 5 and having garland out there.

  4. Any team with three injured starters isn’t winning a playoff series 🤷🏿‍♂️ of course they should run it back
