   Riley is one of those leaders who hold players accountable, on and off the court, and I think that scares a lot of stars. It's a part of the heat culture, a big part. I don't know about you, but I don't want a star that doesn't want to be held accountable.

    😂😆😂😆😂…… A lot of NBA players have been saying the same thing…..I remember last season when Jimmy stuff started I said Jimmy was going after the Miami Heat Image..,..And I Said that the other NBA players was watching to see what happened.

    Pat way of handling players is old and done 😢😢😢….. Then you add Spo very low IQ on Offense. Miami will only get better when both Pat and Spo step away on their own terms…😢😢😢😢….Best bet is that they kept all their drafts picks and start a New…..

    P.S…….you lost me when you said Miami Heat was nothing before Pat got here…. Maybe you need to go back and check your history.. Because the Miami Heat was known as the road warriors before Pat came here. And according to Pat's own mouth he didn't even get Shaquille O'Neal here. He said that O'Neill just happened to fall to the Miami Heat.

    So with that being said Pat didn't get the Miami Heat O'Neal here cause like he said himself O'Neal felt to him. Now as for the Big 3 he did get that done… But it was Wade who put that all together. Wade even said himself that they were all going to the Bulls….Then Pat heard of this then he finally did his job so Big 3 could not join the Bulls.

    So in reality he hasn't done anything what culture has he built O'Neal felt to him and Wade and his friends created The Big 3 themselves…Pat heard that they was going to the Bulls…And it was only then did he try to do Something.. Because at the end of that season before the Big 3 came together. Wade said that he was done with getting kicked out of the first round and guess who was the coach during that time Spo😢😢😢….And that his original plan was to leave Miami to go to the Bulls…..

    So please tell me what culture that Pat and Spo bring… Because Spo has more losing season than winning seasons and he definitely has more losing third quarters and fourth quarters than any coach in the league….and he doesn't know how to use a Big or the young guys. And he's been here for 20plus years 😢😢😢….Best coach and the league my…… He only gets this title because of his great-grandfather in Portland….. Other then that he wouldn't have a job…. That culture been dead 🪾 🪾 😢😢😊
