Ya I don't see the Spurs putting everything in a trade package for one player no matter who they are. Dylan Harper seems like the kind of player that can find a way to contribute to winning basketball no matter what. And who knows maybe he eventually emerges as the clear #2.

Dylan is 19. Most men's growth plates are closed after age 18, and Dylan may still be growing.You say "He's gonna grow until he's 21". I hope you're right, but bad assumption. Only a small percentage of men may experience a final growth spurt in their late teens or early twenties. There's only a small chance that Dylan's growth plates will stay open until he's 21. But I agree that Spurs should take the best players available at #2 and #14.

Man, I cant believe i was settling for Ace Bailey, I was watching videos of both Bailey and Haper, but we need to draft Harper. His skillset and talent over trumps the need for fit. He's offensive game is what we needed on the back court for a long time.

I like Ace better than Dylan I think Dylan's floor is higher but Aces ceiling is higher than Dylan. Ace has bounce and athleticism. Dylan just isn't as good of athlete. You have two players like Dylan this team needs a 4, Ace though is not as tall as listed can play like a 4.
