With limited cap flexibility, smart trades like this are the best way for the team to improve. While splashy moves grab headlines, calculated decisions often bring the biggest rewards. If the Lakers can land Poeltal without giving up too much, they’ll be in a much stronger position. Fixing the hole at center is priority number one. After that, upgrades in shooting, guard depth, or veteran leadership would be bonuses. Fans should keep a close watch on Poelto this off season.
