I think the Knicks will be fine as long as they don't have any lapses in defense, and Brunson gets his team activated early on, especially Kat. Kat will also need to stay out of foul trouble.
I would use nemhard as ball handler more this series and run hali off-ball. I want Hali to get some space so he can make plays. I think the offense won’t be stonewalled as much
If the Thunder make the conference finals, then all four teams in title contention will have not won a championship since at least the 70’s. The Timberwolves have never won, the Thunder haven’t won since they were the Supersonics in 1979, while the Pacers and the Knicks haven’t won since the merger.
Not only that, but all four teams will have knocked out the four most recent champions as the Knicks beat the Celtics, Thunder (will?) beat the Nuggets, Timberwolves beat the Warriors and Pacers beat the Bucks. Hell the Timberwolves even took out the Lakers, (not that they are anything like they were in 2020) which means the past 5 champions all lost to teams that haven’t won a title in 40+ years, if at all.
TLDR: something something parity is in the script now
I love this series because its solidifying the reignition of the Pacers and Knicks rivalry from the Miller/Ewing days. I think if you are a true Basketball fan this has been an amazing playoffs so far.

Truthfully the pacers should win in 6. They’re the deeper team with a more balanced approach.
The only reason the knicks have a shot imo is the refs will be on their side in totality. They do not want a pacers finals.

tons of respect for both of these teams as a Celtics fan. It could go either way, but I think NY takes revenge in 7 games.
