Well, kind of. You see, the NBA most valuable player award is usually announced between the first and second rounds of the NBA playoffs. However, for some reason, this year has been different. The league has yet to announce the MVP, and because of how close of a race it’s been between Jokic and SGA, many believe that the winner of this series would take home the award, which is strange since this is a regular season accolade and the votes have already been cast. This series probably has nothing to do with the award, but after seeing everything that went down this season, don’t be surprised when you
