BLOW IT UP – Every thought about the NBA is being EXPOSED. Breakdowns on Derik Queen and Danny Wolf
David Locke, radio voice of the Utah Jazz and Jazz NBA Insider, challenges conventional NBA wisdom, asserting that the league is undergoing a revolution. He analyzes the success of small-market teams like Indiana, Minnesota, and Oklahoma City in the playoffs, questioning long-held beliefs about market size, free agency, and defensive strategies. Locke explores how these teams are winning with lower-paid top players and diverse playing styles, suggesting a fundamental shift in roster construction and game strategy.
The podcast examines potential draft picks for the Utah Jazz, focusing on Derik Queen from Maryland and Danny Wolf from Michigan. Locke compares their measurements, athletic abilities, and playing styles to Kyle Filipowski, a recent Jazz draft pick. He expresses skepticism about Queen’s NBA potential but shows enthusiasm for Wolf’s skill set. Locke also touches on the evolving nature of the NBA draft, highlighting the importance of adaptability and shooting in today’s league.

Whoa – big men are important. 😂
Kessler or flip… your opinion. .
IMO, the best move is loading the player minutes over 48. To have extra player minutes on the bench to use as needed is huge.
Would love to know where to get one of those T-shirts that David is wearing in this video. Anyone know?
Bottom line is the Hulk Hogan Match with Andre the Giant was less fixed than most of the NBA games and the draft. Check out comments by Howard Eisley, Bryon Russell and the great Greg Ostertag regarding the NBA cheating for the Bulls and their darling Michael Jordan in the 1998 Finals. Lastly one of their largest fan bases in Dallas was still irate about losing Luka Donic, so the NBA like they did when Cleveland lost Lebron, made sure all the ping pong balls had the Mavericks getting Cooper Flagg. We are all just wasting our time, bring back the ABA.
Are your statistics from the season or the playoffs?
Hornets fan who comes from the locked on hornets sphere but I enjoy watching y’all everyday cause y’all have real problems like us 🤣🤣🤣
hey david, what do you think of jamir watkins as a late pick up?
Why not get a green screen in the background?
David. I kind of look at college players as you do – not sure they are anywhere near as good as the amazing players in the NBA. Saying that, do you think Cooper Flagg is really a lock as a star in the NBA. I don’t see that at all watching him play in college? Your thoughts?
Interesting take, agree on your thoughts, the NBA has changed, basketball wise it may be more interesting.
