Aight 14 and a half minutes into this video and an yāall please shut up bout the Celtics and they roster we get it they old and expensive and underperformed this season. Let them guys rest none of these trade ideas makes sense outside of the spurs trade but even then we donāt want Barnes and especially not sochan Boston wants hard nose defenders that can shoot surrounding the jays so wether your building around brown next season or Tatum the season after if itās not a 3 and D player Boston donāt want them. And for these young teams no one wants to give up the future for a guy with one of the most expensive contracts in the league which according to yāall no one knows. If he can be the best player on a team. And kristaps and Jrue are aging and injury prone all this season so know that we see that there really isnāt a trade to be done this off season with the exception of trading like hauser and Walsh and we remember that Boston has 3 years to get under that second apron. Why wouldnāt they run it back one more time. They have been the favorites all year had a great regular season a majority of which was spent without KP. Next year KP shouldnāt be struggling with whatever this virus is JB knee will be healed Iām not saying they cake walk the east but thatās still enough to get you into the playoffs Tatum is on an accelerated recovery plan heād probably be back and in shape for the playoffs

Think you kind of nailed it with the pistons trade with them being able to take back Jrue and Sam. Especially if you can get a team like Brooklyn to take on Tobias for some seconds. Everyone could win in that scenario
I have my eye on Pritchard. Hes said before that he wanted to be a starter and he really doesnt have much more to prove as a 6th man. Unless the Celtics give him a bigger role, I think there is a chance they trade him in a place where he can have more opportunity.
One thing with Brad trades is he really tends to not take back "bad" players. He's gotten Tillman, Jrue, Springer, Porzingis, Muscala, Brogdon, White, Theis, Hernangomez, Josh Richardson, and Al Horford. Hernangomez and JRich were really the only two who were bad for us, Tillman and Muscala weren't/aren't particularly good but they played their role well, the rest have/were all great contributors. I think with the way the cap works we have to get worse this off season but I still trust Brad will bring in good players who contribute. As for JB I don't think he goes unless its for Giannis, Pick #1, or Pick #2, not that I think those teams should make that trade.

Jaylen brown for Deni Advija and picks would be perfect for boston. Deni is on a team friendly contract and would be a nice player along side Tatum.

look no disrespect but these trades are terrible, alot of these trades are treating holdiay and porzingis who are all stars and starters on a championship team as salary dump, like this is absolutely ridiculous
Jrue for gafford and pj. KP for Knect maxi and Vincent. Keep brown and be a play in team next year maybe more. See if knect is a player. Resign Gafford and or pj and when Tatum comes back and youād still have white, youād save money in the interim and have a solid team with flexibility to make more moves, and your own picks in 2026

As a celtics fan I want Trae ngl. Pairing him up with the Jays and having an actual playmaker to take the load off JT would be huge.
I think jb for #1 is more likely than kd for #1 or really most of the other jb deals just cuz he fits the mavs timeline and defense thing plus heās in his prime so heās worth the pick and salaries more than kd would be not that kd isnāt every bit as good itās j getting 10-12 years vs 2-4

porzingis to the magic seems by far the best fit, magic get the a much better shooting big and magic have bad contracts to match

Didnāt like that you dismissed (or brushed aside) the second apron restrictions, cause those torpedo almost all of your trade ideas. A Porzingis will not be traded because there is no one player making 30M that would be interesting for Boston

I understand the Celtics need to trade these guys so maybe there value will be a little less than usual, but these trades are a little disrespectful to jrue and KP and JB. We should not have to attach picks in any deal unless weāre getting the better player or combination of players that have more value than Jrue/KP/JB

As a Celtics fan these trades are not good, I get shedding salary but we need some value. The only people on the trade block should be Hauser, Kristaps, and Holiday thatās it, thatās also just to shred salary. If Iām Boston Iām looking to move Kristaps for less salary and move holiday for less and trade Hauser and a pick for Keldon Johnson from the spurs and target Naz Reid pay him. If we can get Naz Reid and Keldon Johnson just by dumping Kristaps and Hauser thatās a win, maybe holiday.

As a Spurs fan I like the fit of Brown and moving on from Vassell, but the Celtics donāt actually get under the 2nd apron so thereās really no point. Unless youāre able to find a 3rd team willing to take on the Barnes contract and some draft capital, but at that point weāre giving away too much for a championship window I donāt think is actually realistic yet.
