Bobby Marks HIGHLIGHTS Nuggets’ bench in Game 6 win 🗣️ ‘NON-NIKOLA JOKIC MINUTES!’ | SportsCenter
Minnesota Timberwolves patiently awaiting the winner of this series between that man Nicola Joic the Denver Nuggets trying to force a game seven back in OKC right now they’re in Denver ball arena taking on SGA he gets the ball stripped and then commits a foul on the Joker for SGA that’s his fourth foul first time with four fouls in a first half so he’s going to get ample minutes on the bench something he’s not used to play 35 minutes total 32 points Jamal Murray going to take advantage of that Nuggets were down three Christian Brown. Not anymore. SGA can only watch. 23 points. That’s a playoff careerh high now for Brown. Denver with the lead with a minute to play in the third off a bunch of misses. Chad Homegrren can’t finish. And the Joker going to outlet to the blue arrow who goes up and under. Murray had 25 points. The lead was five for the Nuggets. Julian Strawther, reserve guard off the bench. Had 15 points all in the second half. That’s a spark. Nuggets up 90 to 82. about to go into the fourth quarter. That’s just nice. The ball arena crowd is absolutely rocking as we go to the fourth quarter. The Joker and his Nuggets up nine. Probably want to leave a body on him. Yeah, he’s got range. It is the front range. 100 to 88. The lead is a dozen. And then just a little floater. Are you crying? No, just a tear drop. 29 points, 14 boards for the Joker who was efficient. Nine of 14 from the field. other than just throwing dimes like this is a mountain a a mall fountain rather to Brown. Easy layup. Denver for the second time this postseason going to play a game seven. They took it seven against the Clips. You know how that ended. All right. For the Joker continuing to do his thing. Last night came his 26th career playoff game leading his team in points, rebounds, and assists. That’s the third most by any player in the postseason in the shot clock era behind Luca and LeBron. Time to bring in our NBA front office insider. Bobby Marx is joining us on the program. Bobby, Nicola Joic. She’s going to get the headlines this morning and for good reason. But Denver’s bench was also a massive factor. What stood out to you there? Well, it was the non Nicola Joic minutes in that fourth quarter there. Remember Denver was a minus 26 during the playoffs when Joic was off the court. During that stretch in that fourth quarter, they were a plus two here. and and it certainly comes to Julian Strower. The trust that interim coach David Alderman had in Strower played a significant role in Denver forcing a game seven here. 15 points in the second half. Remember, he had 17 points total in all of the playoffs here. The ability to use the bench, the ability to get the starters rest, the playoff strer, certainly Payton Watson also played a pivotal role in Denver getting back to Oklahoma City for game seven. Well, that game seven is 3:30 Eastern on ABC on Sunday. Meanwhile, we got game six tonight in the East between the Knicks and the Celtics at Madison Square Garden. Bobby, what are your keys for both teams in this one? Yeah, I mean for Boston, it’s it’s two simple ones really. It’s the first one is take the crowd out of it. We know MA Madison Square Garden is going to be buzzing tonight. An elimination game. New York trying to get to the to the finals for the first time since 99. certainly f follow the formula of that game three. Get the crowd out of it. The second thing is play with house money. Nobody is expecting this Boston team especially with the Jason Tatum injury to get out of the this conference semifinals here. The pressure is on New York. And then for New York, don’t play from behind, Randy. They are a minus 61 in the first half in the first five games here. The second, don’t make it about the role players. We saw in game we saw in game five, Payton Pritchard, Sam Hower, and then the third, get the ball out of Jaylen Brown’s hands. He They are at his best when Brown has the ball in his hands. Yeah, the Knicks have not clinched a playoff series at Madison Square Garden this millennium. The last time they did it was in 1999 conference finals against the Pacers, and Gary was celebrating the Willennium back then. He’s a big Will Smith guy. Bobby Marks, thank you so much. That what I look [Music] like with the heat. I’m on fire. CDA on [Applause]
Bobby Marks joins Randy Scott on SportsCenter to react to the Denver Nuggets’ Game 6 win over the Oklahoma City Thunder to force Game 7 in the Western Conference Semifinals of the 2025 NBA Playoffs. Then, they look ahead to Game 6 between the Boston Celtics and the New York Knicks.

and they say jokic has no help
Bro said “SROWTHER” and “ARDELMAN”
Nikola Jokić in the 2025 playoffs so far:
•2nd in points
•1st in rebounds
•1st in assists
•1st in steals
•1st in stocks
every time jokic has help from more than 1 teammate they win.
Simple as that
If Jokić had any real help,OKC would be out already, losing 1:4. If he had any 2 players who scored only 10% from all MPJ and Westbrook misses,OKC would be out right now. Only 10% ,do not need more. If he had any 2 players who scored 50% of all MPJ and Westbrook misses,OKC would be destroyed every game by 25 points difference.
Somehow we won with russ playing against us
Thunder have put together a team with the number 2 pick (Holmgren), the number 11 pick (SGA), number 12 pick (Jalen Williams), 2-time all defensive player (Alex Caruso),…
And yet, the Nuggets have a shot. Any guess who might be the reason? I'd say it's the MVP, Jokic.
Let’s Go Nuggets
idk how Denver fumbled games 4&5, clearly was the better team with the best player
If Denver’s bench plays like this in Game 7, do they even need Jokic to be superhuman to win?
Are we overrating star power and underrating depth?
As a non-biased fan, it’s so blatantly obvious that the NBA wanted this series to go 7 games. Since game 2, the refs have dictated each winner. Bout to put $100 on OKC in G7 cuz you know the NBA doesn’t want Denver moving on lol
1:45 Crazy how Luka's already 2nd in that stat and he was only drafted like 7 years ago.
JOKIC IS REAL MVP!!!
Calvin Booth needs an apology. This is a championship level series.
Holy cow Bobby you mispronounced Strawther and Adelman in the same sentence
If Knicks don’t close out Boston tonight it’s over for them don’t think they can take game 7 from Boston
