Julius Randle has a 1970's face. He looks like how 30 year olds used to look like.
The wolves are better this year because they have both a top 10 defense and top 10 offense. They are more balanced and can score and beat you into different ways.
Last year they had the number one defense but their offense was ranked somewhere around 15 and was mediocre.
Statistically they've taken a small step back on defense but a larger step forward on offense. They're more balanced

No one was saying the Lakers were “a deeply flawed team” heading into the playoffs— that came as a result of getting rinsed by the Wolves. And Steph being out hurt the Warriors but it doesn’t necessarily mean it changed the entire outcome of the series— we will never know. Steph is still the man but he’s also 37 years old.

What a bad take by Chris Mannix lol. The core nucleus of the Timberwolves is still the same as last year: Ant, Jaden McDaniels, Naz Reid, and Rudy Gobert. The same core who went through that battle vs Denver but this time they got Randle who can outmuscle most teams and Donte DiVincenzo who adds more floor spacing and makes impact plays on both sides of the court.
Last year wolves have a higher ceiling but lower floor. This year wolves have a lower ceiling but higher floor. Last year was a gamble on whether they going to show up.
Rachel and this guy sound like wolves haters that are mad they are wrong most of the time. These 2 are the worst and most inconsistent talking heads. Shai hasn't had a great postseason. ANT is averaging more ppg this post season. We got from the wolves dont have a chance to the Lakers aren't a good team? The wolves have beaten Denver 5 straight times. They're both media brainwashed robots. Randle was hurt in the playoffs last 2 years this guy is 🤡. Ant has played fantastic in the playoffs wtf he talking about. Even when he hasn't shot well he's been a playmaker and menace on defense as well as drawing fouls. The wolves should win it all. Ant is the best player left in the playoffs yes even better than Jokic.
Wolves were shuffling our lineup around testing some rookies, dealing with injuries. We healed up, and started playing our usuals, and even if you sort from early February to the end of the season wolves are top 5 team.
We got better the closer to the present you get.
