The Spurs won't trade Harper or Castle, I mean I don't see this happening, we don't have 5 first round picks to give the bucks, and add Castle, Vassell, etc, we will have to gut our team. We didn't gut our team for Fox, but we did give up 4 first round picks, yeah, 2 of them were worthless, but we did end up giving up something, for Giannis, they will be asking for twice as much
If anything, why don’t they wait until Giannis is a free agent? Sure the price might be higher but at least you won’t have to give up anything and it will be in a few years when they’re in contention anyway I don’t see a rush here and I like what we’re building with the young core.

If the Spurs wait one more year, Giannis will be on an expiring deal, then he can choose where to go and the Bucks have to take what you give them. Thats what happened to the Kings next year if they didn't trade Fox this year so they bailed early. Then you can keep Giannis, Castle, Fox, Harper, Wemby all on one team and dominate for a long time, or trade someone when you choose to not when you're forced to. The Spurs are not rushing if they know Giannis has interest in coming to the Spurs. They can also easily wait for the trade deadline like with Fox and let the Bucks realize the impending doom of Giannis going to the Spurs no matter what

HELL TO THE F*&K NO. I love Giannis, but Castle has more upside and I don't think gutting the team for one phenomenal player makes any sense. Keep Castle and Harper and see how it works. We don't need Giannis. Don't need KD. Look at OKC, we're close to collecting talent on that level.
Sochan, Castle, Wemby, Harper(or the number 2 pick) should be untouchable. So should Fox, cause i don't like the idea of trading him, but he makes more sense. Anything else is on deck. I dont like trading Vassell or Keldon, but they're the only other valuable pieces. We still have guys like Riley Minix and Harrison Ingram who I think can develop into solid backups.
It makes more sense to develop our team and if this collection of talent clashes, trade for draft picks. If we love Giannis, wait until he's a FA and recruit. There's no reason for him to stay in Milwaukee unless he just loves it there. Stand pat! We have enough draft assests and talent to trade back into future drafts and keep stacking talent.
They already have Fox castle and Devin they need to get Harper and keep him and leave giannis right where he's at they also have sohan as well as Victor … But honestly what they are really missing is a dominant big man they need to get that 7 ft something Center from duke in the draft and move Victor to power forward put Castle at either shooting guard or small forward put sohan at small forward playing a little bit of power forward for defense purposes and keep Fox at the point championship DNA right there black 🖤 🩶 🐎

Please, stop with the doubting on Castle; he is the "Rookie of the Year" for goodness sake! He has more than proven that he can shoot the ball and will continue to get better. Plus Castle is a defensive stud. Spurs would be wise to keep Castle. Harper has skill but has not played one game in the NBA yet; he will need to prove himself. The Spurs will keep both of these guys.
