The Washington Wizards Have A HUGE DECISION To Make…

Ace Bailey is the biggest risk in this draft. He’s the prototypical high-risk, highreward type player. There’s no in between. Like the way I keep thinking about is like you’re either going to get freaking fired or admired for taking Ace Bailey. You’re going to lose your job or you’re going to have mildly overweight Bolivians glorify you for the rest of your life. Which one do you want, dude? You want respect? You want Do you want the respect? I don’t crazy. Go. And Davis will push it up the floor. Bailey and Davis. Twoman game on the floor. I don’t know, dude. I don’t know. I don’t know. Screw the highlights. Can you play basketball? Are you fit to succeed in the NBA? That’s the biggest question with Ace Bailey. Like, we all know he can play basketball, but like, you know, is it going to translate over? So, yeah, man. Um, I don’t know. I’m going to talk about Ace Bailey. I’m going to talk about the Wizards. Two Wizards videos in a row. What the heck? What are you prideful, Alfonso? Anyways, welcome to the dirty bucket. If you enjoy this video, please like and subscribe. I would truly appreciate it. So, I got inspired to make this video regarding two comments from yesterday’s video. Um, and I’m going to pull up the two comments here. Yesterday’s video was about the Wizards regarding um what we can possibly do in a draft and trades. So, the first comment is um my boy Jason is a guy who comments all the time. Um, nice helmet, dude. Nice helmet. I’ll give you the [ __ ] classroom. Please take a look at Jason’s helmet. Let’s all glorify his helmet. Uh dude, if I were that if I had that helmet, I’ll wear the church. I wear the church. Have the priest that gave me the body of Christ lift the lid up. It’s like I don’t know. Um so he had a great comment and um he said, “I agree with everything you said here, but I don’t know. Bailey seems like the highest bust potential out of all the top picks. Plus, he isn’t even as tall as advertised.” This is true. B Ace Bailey is not 6’10. He’s actually 6’8. I’d rather pick a small forward from next year’s draft class. To be honest, I I I I definitely agree with this statement. There’s nothing wrong there. I completely agree, brother. But like, I guess my standing on Ace Bailey is Well, I’m assuming you’re talking about AJ Debansa and company for next year’s draft. The lottery is not a given. Who’s to say we get even worse pick next year? We go up to like pick nine again. Oh, lucky number nine. the NBA doesn’t care about small markets and you know we’re picking sixth this year but like this the lottery is not a given dude and that that’s what just keeps on playing in my head like we’ve seen the Pistons picked fifth overall for three years in a row got scorned by the lot I don’t even believe in NBA gods anymore I don’t I’m a freaking atheist when it comes to NBA gods but that’s one thing that just keep just keeps playing in my mind even if we do suck next year which we most likely will I wouldn’t roll the dice on that. I I I I wouldn’t I I still I’m I’m a guy where you take the BPA. And you know, granted, I’m not a freaking scout. I’m not I’m just as a douchebag with a mic, but like Well Dawkins is going to take the BPA. I think our roster as it currently stands, we don’t have the I guess flexibility to take a guy for a need. No, we’re taking the BPA no matter what. We need blue chip talent, you know, and I’m I’m going to get to this regarding like a big um because honestly like if you look at our roster, I think our biggest need is a big, you know, but I’m going to get to that to the next comment, the next person who commented it yesterday. I think in our roster, we only have one dude who has possible blue chip talent, and that’s Alex Sar. The rest of them, I don’t think any of them are blue chip talent, guys. I hope I’m wrong. I hope I’m dead wrong. Bal Kabali perhaps, maybe. But like he’s a guy who reminds me of Jaden McDaniels from the Timberwolves and that’s a fine player. You need those players to win in this league. I hope I’m wrong with Balakal. I like Balakal could I don’t think he’ll ever be the first option on the team or even second maybe. I don’t think so. But you know we got we got guys like Bub Carrington, Keshan George, AJ Johnson, Dvuch, you know, Justin Champeni. They’re all great players, but I don’t think they’re top three players on the team. I think Bub Car could maybe hopefully be like a Derek White. Blue chip is the guys where you give him the ball at the last minute of the game and just like here do your thing, take over. Do we have that? Again, I get it. Ace Bailey is a huge huge huge risk. Also, I want to say this, like I gave up a trade scenario regarding the Sixers and the Wizards yesterday. Uh, basically us giving up Corey Kissper in next year’s uh, Thunder first round pick to go three. And honestly, I’m not giving up more than that. No, I can’t because Jason is right. And I think we I mean, well, Dawkins will agree with this. I believe I think he would. Ace Bailey is too much of a risk. If the Sixers want more than that, I’m not budging. All right, stick with the risk. Stick with him or take VJ Edgecomb. have fun with that. I’m not gonna give up too much to even trade up to get Ace Bailey. That’s as far as I’m going. Cory Kisper and next year’s low low late first round pick from the Thunder that we’re going to get. My asthma is killing me. [ __ ] But yeah, man. Um that’s my I guess like that’s where I stand. I think that that’s my overall explanation for maybe Ace Billy. But then again, like things could change with me. Could it be a blue chip player in that aspect? Hopefully. We don’t know yet. We don’t know yet. But, you know, I think he has one of the highest ceilings and also one of the lowest floors. Yeah, man. Like, imagine getting Ace Bailey and Derek Queen. That would be like a home run draft. But anyways, I don’t know, man. Uh the next comment is regarding um yesterday’s video, a guy named uh is from Lockdown Law. He said, “This team has needed interior defense and rebounding since Wes Unsold retired as a player.” That was over 40 years ago. Jesus Christ. I mean, it’s true. I mean, what the [ __ ] What are we going to get Eton Thomas to come back? We still need interior defense and rebounding. Sar is useless in the paint. Champenny is the best rebounder on the team. Yeah, he has a point or she. I don’t know, dude. That’s sad. It’s the truth, though. I know he’s exaggerating it, but like it’s probably not like we were horrible as a rebounding team last year. Anyways, one more Chuck and Duck guard or number three and no Dwing is the last thing this roster needs. Listen, I agree with that. Totally agree. I gave it a thumbs up. I’ll give it a thumbs up again, dude. I don’t care. Thumbs up. Sar is not a five. His game speaks that. His overall physical appearance speaks that. His mindset speaks that. Everything about him screams four in the mold of a Jiren Jackson, Evan Mobley, and there’s nothing wrong with that. He the gods blessed him because he’s a 7-1 athletic big with quick feet and can guard down the perimeter, can help with weak side defense. I think the main reason like the allure the allure of Derek Queen is that we have a guy like Alex Saruk who we can shift to forward to kind of mask Derk Queen’s deficiencies cuz he has a lot of deficiencies especially on the defensive end. That’s like a match kind of like a match made in heaven. Like that’s the allure of Derrick Queen I believe. Like that that’s part of it. like we all know like he’s Maryland kid, Baltimore kid, you know, went to Maryland, but like he fits here and like he would help us in rebounding which we sorely need. What I want to go out to this comment cuz I I definitely agree like again our biggest need to me is finding a front court mate to Alex roster-wise besides just just getting any blue chip talent wherever it may be. getting a front court made to Alexar could do us wonders not only for like winning which I’m not you know whatever but could do wonders for Alexar’s development as well. So to me in my mindset this offseason I’m just like okay just get blue chip talent but in a side I’m just like but also I would really love a front court mate for Alex Sar. He had a revolving door last offseason last year as a front court mate. He got what? Valentunis, Versan Holmes, Duch at times. Come on. Anthony Gil played the four time with him like Keshan. Like I want somebody there to be permanently like be with him for the next four years and like someone he can grow with. So yeah, I definitely agree with this comment. But at the same time, one thing I’ve learned is like over the years is like you got to take what the board gives you. This draft is not that heavy on bigs. Now, if there was an Ace Bailey of the Bigs, oh, I’ll be all for this person. I’ll be like, not only does it fit the need of just getting a blue chip talent or a possible blue chip talent, but also he’ll fit the need on the roster as well. I was like, screw Ace Bailey. I want this guy. If there was an Ace Bailey of the bigs. Now, some people might say, “Oh, that could be Come on.” I again, I’m not a big fan of Come on. But um anyways, there’s times I’m just like, damn, I truly wish there was a big out there in this draft that was so enticing that we would trade up for him. We need help rebounding. The [ __ ] Angel Reese can come here and help us rebound. Should probably be our best rebounder. I definitely agree with Lockdown Law’s comment. I truly do. I I to me that’s the thing. We need to find a front court mate for Alex Sar. Um but yeah, man. like a going finishing off with Ace Bailey. Like another thing I keep thinking about him with him is just that Ace Bailey and Chris Middleton granted with Chris Middleton still being here. That would be awesome. Like that would be a great mentor for Ace Bailey here. That kind of like similar frame game styles a little bit not too I mean Ace Bailey blows him out the water athletically but still that would do wonders for him. Like I I I I I firmly believe with Ace Bailey, if he goes to the Hornets, he’s not gonna succeed. It’s all about where he goes as well. He needs to go somewhere where the team will be patient. They will nurture him. They’ll give him the offensive opportunities. I think we can do that for him. Again, I don’t know with Will Dawkins like listen like at the end of the day, this is going to be his decision. I’m still team trade up whether he wants to take Ace Bailey or not. He can take VJ Edgecomb or even secure Trey Johnson. Listen, he is the evaluator. He is the dude with the most experience out of all of us, especially my dumbass. You know the [ __ ] So, you know that that’s one thing I keep thinking like, let him make the decision. You know, put all your marbles on him and not on a freaking 31-year-old kid with adult asthma gasping for breath in Maryland. The [ __ ] dude. I I can’t breathe. Maryland allergies are the worst. But yeah, man. Like, I just keep thinking about that. We need to like take a risk. What are we going to do? Get free agents. The last biggest free agent acquisition for us is freaking what? Spencer Denwitty, Crypto Boy. And then before that was the best one of all time, Gilbert Arenas. We’re a small market team. I think we need to take risks. Watch me not like Ace Bailey next week, you know? I like I don’t know, man. I I think I I I definitely agree with Jason’s statement. Ace Bailey is way too much of a risk. I understand that. And I think for once, for once in my fandom, for once, we actually have a great environment for not just Ace Bailey, but for any young Buck to come in here and actually grow and develop as a player. We do. We have a healthy environment right now. Kudos to Will Dawkins. So, um, yeah, man. Um, figured I should make that. I agree both with Jason and Lockdown Law with this. Lockdown Law hit it big. I We need a front court mate, dude. We need a front court mate to Alexar. Get Angel Ree. Angel Ree and Alexar. Front court. We’re good. We’re good. I’ll go to war with Angel. I’m just playing. All right. I’m going to go I’m going to go um I’m gonna go take more puffs out of my inhaler. How about that? Yeah, man. Let me know what you guys think. If you enjoyed this video, please like and subscribe. I truly appreciate it. Till next video. Peace yo.

Lots of different avenues for us in this upcoming draft.

  1. I think Jeremiah fears is a bigger risk. Ace will be fine! Fears could turn out to just be keynote George tho😂 but I hope he can turn out to be much better, tbh I see so much in Fears so I would def take him at 6 if Tre Johnson is gone.

  2. I’m fiending for wiz content so bad that I finally subbed to the dirty bucket😂😭 I am DOWN BADDDD

  3. Lucky number 9? Dude we need to be top 5 bad next season again because we need a guaranteed 8 or worse. If we end up at 9 our pick goes to the knicks… so we HAVE to finish top 5 worst so the worst we get is like 7-8 I think cuz if we end up 6 or 7th worst nba will give our pick to the knicks by making us pick 9+😂😂😂

  4. I agree, you take BPA regardless of position because this team just needs good/high ceiling players in general lol. Not to sound negative but there’s no guarantee any of our 4 rooks last year become stars regardless of how good their rookie campaign was. No position is solidified just yet.

  5. I've got it. Dawkins figures out how to get both Ace Bailey and Khaman Maluach, because all we really want is the tallest starting five in the league.

  6. Maluach only averaged like 6boards at 7’2 lol…Wiz definitely need a queen or sorber somebody who can get boards as well. The tricky part is do you take a raw sorber with great defense or a queen who’s not the best defender but has a better offensive game?

  7. Maluach will be the pick unless he is already gone. I like Queen but Dawkins is not going to reach for a guy who is a below average defender, and needs the ball to be effective. Dawkins likes projects with ridiculous length. Maluach has only been playing for 5 years… and his rate of improvement has been astronomical. He had the best measurements at the combine. He helps rebounding, rim protection, and is an elite lob threat… all of which are glaring needs for us. His floor is Capella and his ceiling is Embiid.

  8. If we really stop and think about it, the Wizards might have a great position at #6. The first two picks are easy, the third and fourth pick is either Ace or VJ, and the 5th and 6th pick is either Tre or Khaman Maluach. I understand Wizards fans want Queen or hope Tre Johnson falls, but Khaman has the most upside outside of the top 2 and we’re drafting strictly for upside. Having two 7 footers with 6’9 Bilal would be crazy. Also, it gives us options for next years draft where we can get Aj, Boozer, Peterson, Ament, Lopez, or Wilson (learn the names bc next years draft is gonna be better and let’s hope we have a top 2 pick🙏) But I think we’re in a good position, I think we’re just worried and sick bc we’re not getting any of the big names in this years draft, but that doesn’t mean we can’t leave with the best player, which Khaman can be! His full potential is Hakeem/Embiid and his lowest is Rudy Gobert, which I believe is worth gambling on. Especially as the Wizards…smh

  9. Center from Duke that what we need.. shot blocker..improving shooter..great strecth defender..will surpass Emblid just becuz of good health
    Khaman Maluach

  10. because our pick is top 8 protected i think we should trade poole and add more pressure and development of our young guys the 2026 class is deep

  11. Ace is absolutely the highest risk player in the draft. The problem is that the reward isn’t as high as people think.

The combine revealed that he’s only 6’7 instead of 6’9-6’10 like we previously thought. This makes him an average-sized wing with poor shot selection, no real playmaking ability, and questionable finishing. You could possibly look over these weaknesses if he was a top-flight athlete, but I’m not even sure he’s a tier below that.

I understand he’s only 18-years-old, but Ace Bailey is not a generational wing scorer like a Carmelo Anthony, Jayson Tatum or Kevin Durant. These guys came into the league with skill and polish beyond their years. Ace Bailey is a certified shot-chucker with a noticeable lack of poise on the court.

I say all this to say, I think he will become a good player in the league. I wouldn’t bet on him becoming a franchise player, though. Gunslingers like Ace usually find a place in the league, but they do not become the number 1 option on a championship level team.
