After a DISASTROUS offseason and season – the 76ers somehow still have a chance. A chance to compete – a chance to finally validate the Joel Embiid era – a chance to, against all odds, go from a 24 win team to a real chance at an NBA title.
They gave Paul George a giant contract and he had his worst year in the NBA since his 2nd season. They gave Joel Embiid a massive extension and he was barely healthy enough to play a handful of games. But it doesn’t matter. They have a real path to being a threat next season, and frankly they have a lot of different directions they can go moving forward… including a trade for the 3rd overall pick in the 2025 NBA draft.

Milwaukee for Giannis is interesting. If Dallas and San Antonio hold firm at keeping their picks, is there a single asset better than #3 that Milwaukee could get back? Plus with Dames contract, Milwaukee actually might not mind getting George back in a trade because they aren’t going to be able to tank for a while anyway. May as well compete for the 6-8 seed. again you're going to recommend trading for Durant. Every video you're putting out KD is 100% in the recomendation… why? In this szenario it would make a little bit of sense, but NO, it's just not a good idea to trade for a 37 year old who's getting paid 50 mio+ and also has a injury history stop it. yeah Zion I could see that but as you're saying, it's probably not going to happen. They already have too many injury prone stars… what could you suggest instead? suggest Jalen Brown? That is more realistic in terms of a little bit of a window, the question is, if Boston wants that, and I would say 100% thay wont happen because they would only do this trade if they're getting no sallary in return (which they would in terms of George and they would never do this), but again this would make much more sense for the 76ers.

Trading away Embiid and George would be the best move for this franchise in terms of focusing on the right stars. Embiid is a good player don't get me wrong but he is a ticking time bomb. it's almost guaranteed that he will miss a lot of games again, the last few years have shown that. Same with George. Now you would build again through Tyrese Maxie, what I would see as a better option. 76ers fans will probably not like me but I think they will not get a trophy with both George and Embiid on this team.

Podcast P and Joel D'emKnees ain't winning anything. Even if they make incredible moves, everyone knows how their season inevitably ends, one or both getting injured. It's as inevitable as the sunrise with Embiid and even if Podcast P stays healthy, he's washed.

The idea of Philly trading Joel/PG to rebuild around the what they have sounds best choice to me. But given the JT injury, Cavs stinking it up and the fact that the pacers might go to the NBA finals, you can bet Morey is gonna be aggressive once again
