Haliburton’s Historic Triple-Double Gives Pacers 3-1 Lead vs. Knicks | Inside the NBA

at Cambridge Fieldhouse. Man, Kate came out aggressive pushing that thing on makes and misses. They saw Carl Anthony Towns who had that 20point fourth quarter in game three. Aaron Nmith was questionable. Well, he answered the question. Yeah, he said, “No, I’m fine. The ankle’s okay.” I’m Man, this dude some of the stupidest stuff out of foul. Talking about Carl Anthony Towns just stupid. Nmith so vital to this team, shoots threes well and he’s the main defender on Brunson. Yeah, he does something I don’t see a lot of guys do. That’s get over the screen. Yeah, get over the screen and then he stays physical. You know, that’s that’s the one thing. Brunson usually just outmuscles most guards. Man, he came out shooting that thing today. They scored 43 points in the first quarter, which is one more than they scored in the entire second half of game three. Here comes Cat. Yeah, the Knicks did a great job. Do not let this little guy guard you, Cat. Said, “I won’t.” He said, “I won’t.” Get that little man off of you, brother. OG Anobi going to tie the game at 51. I’ll tell you, it went from Nicks in six to Paces in five. Oh my goodness. Unbelievable. He’s a beast down there. Something tells me that all of a sudden our mics are feeling a no charge. Man up charge. This game four man up out there running like Earl Campbell knocking people. Wow. How old are you? 6964 the Indiana lead at the half. Miles Turner connects from deep. You know before that they took three ill-advised threes that Reggie Stan was right. Tough move. Tell you what, man. They were pushing that thing on makes and misses. 102 to 91 going to the fourth. Indiana by 11. I told you this guy had to get going and he was probably los forget about Mat also had a great game man that thing. Yeah out of the corner. I don’t know anything about Seakum but Pascal was great tonight. Lucky uh look at Hallebertton there. And that man he got parole. He was in the sweep. New York not done yet, man. They fight. Yes, they do, Ernie. [Applause] Male Bridges hit a bunch of big threes and they’re still in this thing. Three and a half left. Three and a half to go. You You’re still in the game down six, but you know, they just could not make the key stop or the key basket. And then you go knee smith and cat knee to knee. That that always hurts. Hopefully he’s all right, but man, that always hurt. Second straight game that Carl Anthony Towns has been favoring that left knee now. And hopefully it’s nothing serious cuz the guard going to be crazy, Jimmy. Oh, this is game set and match right here. OB topping the former Nick. Yes, that was game set and match. 10-point lead at that point. Winds up 130 to 121. Indiana Pacers lead the series three games to one. Tyrese Halib 32 points, 12 rebounds, 15 assists, no count them, zero turnovers. What a game. Yeah, I mean this is an unbelievable game. This is a triple devil by Tal Tres. If you can go three 3 0, you can go unbelievably 3 0 in terms of uh assist of assist ratio. You know, when we were doing the highlights, Shaq, you pointed that out, too. Said, “Hey, Ben Matan had himself a game.” The guy had 11 points through three games. He had 20 tonight. This is why I’m so high on the others. We all know the others played very well at home. Indiana needed that tonight. I’m still waiting for um you know, Nim Hart to show up because, you know, he’s a good player. But listen, Seakum played great. I know he was, you know, expecting, you know, his play to be called, but he played aggressive. Nim Hart was ready. Tyrese played a fabulous game and all the others hit some timely shots. The first player with a 30oint 15 assists, no turnover triple double in playoff history is Tyrese Hallebertton. And and Kenny, we talked about his assist to turnover ratio the other day, which continues to rise. He has 110 more assists than he does turnovers. It’s 137-27. And you know, coach Van Gundy and Reggie also said he does, it’s not like he’s not taking risk. So to play that well, but the most important thing he does for this team is he creates a pace that they can play at. So if you ever if you’re a shooter and you go work out by yourself, you work out at a pace the way the Indiana play Pacers actually run their offense. So now you have these shots that are simulated like your workout. So then as Mman said, he he went in yesterday and got game simulated workout. It only works if this guy pushes the ball at this pace. So he’s done an unbelievable job, Ernie, of creating a great pace for this team. Look ahead if you uh would Chuck to game five. Well, I’ve always thought the Pace was going to win this series, but I I thought six. I still think the Pacers going to win in six. Um I Does the Does the cat knee situation does the cat knee situation that factors into it? But I think the Knicks got so much pride. Like I say, I picked the paces in six. I still believe that. I think they’re going to the Knicks going to have tremendous pride. I think listen Jaylen, those guys are not going to quit. They are not going to quit. Coach Tibido is not going to let them quit. Obviously, Cat is a big deal, but I just think the Knicks got too much pride to lose every game at home. The New York Knicks at some point, they have to find a sustainable lineup. The guys that they count on when they put them together have not produced. I’m not even sure. You know what? Can I I normally don’t look, but let me look at this. The guys I could just imagine in the final box, meaning Mitchell Robinson minus 20 when he’s on the floor today. Mikuel Bridges N minus 13. Jaylen Brunson 16. But then you have a guy like Deion. Yeah. Dylon Wright, he’s plus 11. So the guys that you count on have not collectively done it when they’re together. So he has to tweak it even more or and then you have a Josh Josh Hart who is only minus one tonight. So you’re like, “Okay, so what do you do? Do you go back to Jackart?” Well, it’s too late now. But I’m saying, do you think his messing up the lineup? Because it it you you always talk that stuff about putting everybody in their right situation. When he put Mitches Robinson up with the starter, that took everything out of everybody’s situation. That could be the reason why. Well, the I’m just saying the guys that you count on. I know what you’re saying. But they all in different situations. Call Anthony Town the only starter with a positive. No, but I’m saying when you change the starting lineup, that puts everybody in a different situation. You always talk about, well, so when somebody comes back and puts everybody in their right situation. When he made that change, that screwed up everything as far as the rotation. But you also, you know, we what else we talked about last after the last game was will he play those guys even when there’s not foul trouble. And he did he played 10 guys tonight. Landry Shams a plus 18 the last two games. Yeah, but listen, that’s why I didn’t disagree. I didn’t like the change and everything. This thing is all about pace. Mhm. If you let these pacers run, they are dangerous. And you see when they when they play really fast, they they got a they are awesome.

Inside the NBA crew Shaq, Charles Barkley, Kenny Smith, and Ernie Johnson react to the Indiana Pacers win in Game 4 over the New York Knicks to take a 3-1 series lead in the Eastern Conference Finals, and Tyrese Haliburton’s triple-double with 32 points, 15 assists, 12 rebounds and 0 turnovers.

  1. Haliburton is lucky the New York Knicks have a clown in their team. Kat is a funny player, stands funny, walks funny, and runs funny.

  2. I don't get how we have this game and then we have maybe 4 minutes of talk from these guys analyzing the game. What's the point of the show? Aren't you trying to analyze the game deeply? I hate this

  3. The major problem for the Pacers is that they have a weak end of game offensive game without Paskal. They basically have to get him the ball to create good shots at those moments. I also think they get real tired by the 4th and usually aren't at their best in that quarter. I am excited to see how OKC deals with this team and play style

  4. "Overrated" according to the rest of the NBA
Tyrese Haliburton has set the example for his Indiana Pacers
    he's not just cold he's sub-zero
    he's a deadly weapon, like a halberd
let's just call him the Indiana Passer, not just for the assists, but because his contemporaries will be looking at his back

  5. Two reasons the Pacers will win this series is obvious. One. The Pacers play team ball. The Knicks play individual ball. And two. Rick Carlisle is far superior at coaching than Tom Thibodeau.

  6. Those 2025 Pacers look like 2015 Warriors ! they’re winning other any oppenents "without" being before the PO (underdogs) 😌

  7. 12 more assit 6 less turn overs the pacers passes the ball and didn't turn over the ball as often plus there bench game through when Tyrese knew it was game time

  8. Side note the start of the season Tyrese was not all star playoff Tyrese then again if Pacers do win don't think Okc Mvp SGA Gonna let u win

  9. I know KAT's role has changed recently, but didn't this guy use to be a franchise player? He's been contributing, but I still expect more from him since star players get more usage in the playoffs.

Him and Brunson should be taking turns putting up 30pts a night.

  10. 2:10… ya kids wouldn’t understand the reference 🤣 but Chuck brought up Earl Campbell? Man you know he old, cause don’t nobody today know the original beast mode

  11. Bulls fan here hands down my boy halibourton underrated superstar the pacers are on a mission and they taking the whole thing

  12. Bro he did all that with 0 turnovers too! That’s what makes it even better. I was one of the guys that didn’t view him as a big star, but he’s definitely shut me up.

  13. Keep Steven A telling everyone TH is no superstar but Brunson is and he will keep coming for the kill 🔥🔥🔥🔥
