It's not known for sure if Giddey will be coming back and Vuc is leaving. Just a few days ago, Egor Demin was being targeted by the Bulls, according to some reports. (Heavy Sports/CHGO Sports podcast). Drake played in all 37 games for the Tar Heels last season, but only started in 24 of them. He averaged 7.4 points and is 6' 6". He's undersized for the 3/4 positions. I can see him as a second round pick, not worth moving up at the 12 spot to take him.

Drafting another guy on potential not production, another mistake! Remember Patrick Williams! There is no way they draft Powell at 12th, they would draft Carter Bryant before him! They need a tall power forward, Asa Newell 6"10 PF. There is no way they drafting a second rounder this high are you smoking? Drake Powell is rated as the 8th best small forward, plus he's a small forward. Your take make no sense! No one wants Patrick Williams a under-performing undersized power forward. Colin M.Boyles or D. MCqueen makes more sense. You are reaching here? Trade up and take Powell in the 2nd round.
These power forwards are rated higher than Powell, 1. Newell, 2. Boyles, Fleming, Penda, plus you could get another center in McQueen, Sorber, Wolf. Drake Powell looks good testing but testing isn't what u actually did on the court. Again..remember Patrick Williams so great he couldn't even start for his one year of college at FSU. Don't make the same mistake twice, drafting athletic ability and not skill!
